CONSCIOUSNESS

If it is true that consciousness informs itself through its creations, and if it is true that our actual identity IS consciousness, and that we create with every thought, word, and action, then isn’t it a BRILLIANT plan for consciousness to have inserted itself into TRILLIONS of “separate” physical entities and lives within a virtual, physical construct in order to experience life through TRILLIONS of different perspectives, SIMULTANEOUSLY? 

How important is it, then, to be completely authentic, different, and unique?  From this perspective, being a follower of any ONE belief, group, way of thinking, or choosing to conform in ANY way would be INCREDIBLY counter-productive.  As consciousness, temporarily inhabiting a human body to have a human experience, I think it is useful to remember to BE A UNIQUE and ORIGINAL INDIVIDUAL, and to be unapologetic, unashamed, and proud of our differences.

BE HAPPY BEING YOU.  Be the best you that you can be.  Always be upgrading.  Always be learning and practicing what you learn.  Choose to experiment with as many different ways of being that interest you or that you are attracted to.  EXPERIENCE as MANY situations, circumstances, people, things, and lives as you possibly can, within this one lifetime. 

Maybe the secret to quickening the limitless expansion of the collective whole isn’t conformity to only ONE way of being and thinking, and convincing others to strive to be just like us, but rather in EMBRACING OUR DIFFERENCES, and in allowing, accepting, appreciating, and loving UNCONDITIONALLY, ALL THAT IS, AS IT IS.

Much love and peace to you on YOUR own personal, unique, authentic life journey.  Keep going.  Keep doing what you are doing.  You are AMAZING.  You are PERFECT, JUST AS YOU ARE, and while you don’t need to change a thing to be worthy of love, while in this human body you can choose to get EVEN BETTER.  Accept yourself.  Appreciate yourself.  Love yourself.  Remember WHAT you are, as you continue to work on upgrading the WHO you IDENTIFY AS, while in this human form.

I LOVE YOU.  That may sound strange, and we may not know one another in human form, but if someone can HATE another for no reason at all, I am certainly entitle to LOVE another for no reason at all, other than the fact that it is possible that I AM you, and YOU are ME, in our truest form, as CONSCIOUSNESS, simply temporarily infused into separate physical bodies for a short while, soon to be reunited in love and light.

Think about what your life will look like by the age of 55, if you answer yes to all of the questions above, every day.  Where will you live?  Who will you be?  What does your house look like?  What car are you driving?  Where will you travel?  Who will you be working with and empowering the most?  What will you be doing to connect with and empower others?  How much do you have to give?  What will you give?

See others coming to you for help, hope, empowerment, encouragement, and advice.  Connect with others on a deep, meaningful, spiritual level, as you share love, kindness, and healing energy.  See the vibrational energies within you constantly, consistently growing, as you share this energy, and give it to others.

See your body healing rapidly.  Watch in awe as your body and mind heal exponentially more quickly.  See the energy flow and pulsate through your brain and body, healing and strengthening every part of your physical body.  With each breath in, healing energies flow through you, in entirety.  With each breath out, you exhale all illness, weakness, anger, sadness, and stress, until ALL you exhale are healing energies, which are quickly and efficiently spread to others.

As you sleep, ruminate upon and construct ideas for solutions to what is bothering or frustrating you.  Be at peace, KNOWING that the perfect ideas and solutions will come at the perfect time.  Relax your mind.  Be at ease.  Allow the flow of SOURCE to access everything within you, constantly healing and upgrading all beliefs and perspectives in empowering ways which you may not yet even be aware of.  Let go and let be.  ALLOW all that is to be exactly as it is in this moment as PERFECTION.  No judgements.  No criticisms.  Love yourself and all that is EXACTLY AS IS.  There is no need for you, anything or anyone to change in ANY way, in order to be loved even more by you.  I AM LOVING AWARENESS.  I AM LOVING THE AWARENESS.  I AM LOVE.

The beauty of questions is that asking the RIGHT questions of the RIGHT PEOPLE is like running a simulation.  It offers the opportunity to allow an individual to project themselves into the future, predict and outcome or result based on the experiences of others, and to receive real-time feedback and data that will then aid them in making BETTER decisions, plans, and strategies, that they may not have created without the answers and information given to them.  It also brings that person’s awareness to the forefront of their mind, in which they may realize the need for slight adjustments or recalibrations, in order to more effectively produce the possibility of alternate desired outcomes and results, MORE EFFICIENTLY and MORE QUICKLY. 

Learning all we can from others and creating a constant feedback-loop in which we place ourselves in a vulnerable position of receiving constant feedback can save YEARS of time, energy, and hard work. 

EVERYONE has something we can learn from.

This game was designed for those who are curious, who want to create deeper, more meaningful connections with others, and who are open to hearing about what others have learned, that very well may benefit the one asking the questions.

This game can be played daily, while at the dinner table, or at any other time.  It is an opportunity for EVERYONE to share THEIR insights, beliefs, and perspectives, thereby offering the possibility to everyone participating the opportunity for personal growth, expansion of the mind, or a possible beneficial upgrade in thinking.

We CONSTANTLY adapt, grow, expand, improve, recalibrate, and progress, but TOGETHER IS BETTER, and it is through others that we can optimize or personal programming more quickly. 

When we experience personal growth, work towards up-leveling our perspectives, and we upgrade our beliefs to serve us, rather than unknowingly allowing them to hold us back, we experience fundamental changes that can only result in even BETTER OUTCOMES.  We CHANGE for the better.  Have you ever read a book, and asked, “Wow!  When did they rewrite the book?” only to realize, later, that YOU were the one that was re-written?  As you evolve and expand your own consciousness, your answers to the questions in this game will change, as well.  Play this game often, with various people of various backgrounds.  REALLY LISTEN to YOUR answers, as well as the answers of the other players in the game.

LET’S JUST GET BACK TO WHAT HAS BEEN HELPING PEOPLE EVOLVE BEST FOR CENTURIES:  CONNECTION AND COMMUNICATION.

To play:  Sit in a circle, or across from one another, and decide who will go first.  Play rock, paper, scissors, flip a coin, or simply call out, “NOT IT!”  The first person to go draws a card and answers the question.  Decide BEFORE playing if EVERYONE will then take a turn answering the same question, or if the next person to play will be choosing the next card and answering THAT question.  If you are playing by yourself, WRITE DOWN your answers, being as detailed and thorough as you can be.  Play at the dinner table each night by allowing everyone the opportunity to answer the question as detailed and thoroughly as possible.  Bring the game on a date to REALLY get to know your date better.  Play it over text messaging.  Play it at a party.  JUST PLAY.  Have fun with it!  Dive deep, be as honest, open, and transparent as possible, and enjoy.  Focus on practicing the skills of being kind, understanding, empathetic, accepting, tolerant, and loving.  Practice the art and skill of listening by allowing the person answering the question your full attention, the time to finish the answer, and following up with any additional questions you may have or be curious about.  The most interesting person in a room is the most INTERESTED person in the room.

Our Personal Realities

December 27, 2020.


I am grateful to be a writer.  To write, one must be capable of thinking.  Admittedly, thinking is a fairly new skill for me, as is writing.  The reason I am so grateful to be a writer is because of the constant upgrade in thinking that is required to constantly upgrade my writing skills.  This new ability I have been cultivating to actually think for myself has led to many awakenings, and a progressively deeper awareness and understanding-not only of myself, but if ALL things. 


Since I first started writing in 2017, at the ripe ‘old age of 45, I have enjoyed a noticeable improvement in my thinking, which has naturally resulted in an improvement of beliefs, personal philosophies, ideas, perspectives, habits, routines, and a remarkable improvement of outcomes in ALL areas of my personal life.  I’ve noticed that the level of enjoyment I experience continues to improve as my thinking does.  


This message may, at first, seem sacrilegious, or even offensive.  I assure you that my only intention is to create a wonderful reminder.  Please stay as open as possible to the message.  Dr. Wayne Dyer taught that when we get triggered, we are being blessed with the opportunity of information we need to recognize where we still have work to do.  Please keep this in mind, in case anything I share here is triggering.


Most of us spend our entire lives being told WHAT to think, rather that learning HOW to think.
I was so incredibly blessed to be born into, and raised up in, a beautiful family, with wonderful parents.  My family of origin was, and still is, AMAZING.  I was taught the very best beliefs and habits I could have possibly been taught, and raised up extremely well.  I eventually needed to learn more, question everything, and experiment with new ways of being.


Our minds thoughts, ideas, beliefs, and perspectives, can change and improve as often as we choose for them to, or never at all.  It is entirely up to US.  Luckily, I finally woke up to this truth in 2014.  That is when I finally decided to change things.


This article is a reflection of my CURRENT thoughts, ideas, beliefs, and perspectives:

I am god.  I am not A god-I am THE GOD, and so are YOU. My current beliefs lead me to think it’s possible that ALL LIVING THINGS are a beautiful EXTENSION and a perfect EXPRESSION of THE God.  

We are ALL temporary inhabitants of the vehicle we are in, within this physical realm, and to remember WHAT we are, within the spiritual realm, while working on the  perception or idea of the individual of WHO we are, while existing in this physical realm, is MAGICAL and empowering.


When we awaken, become aware of, realize, and CONSISTENTLY remember WHAT we are, things tend to become much easier in this life. When our wheels start spinning, we lose traction, and then begin sliding down the mountain we are climbing, it is important to remind ourselves WHAT WE ARE.  When we hate someone else, we are hating GOD.  When we are angry or frustrated with someone else, we are God, being angry and frustrated with GOD.   When we love, appreciate, and accept someone else, we are God, loving, appreciating, and accepting God, constantly and consistently re-creating the WHO we are while in this body, according to what we are focusing on.


Our loved ones never really die. They are within us. THEY ARE US. We are energetically, magnetically, vibrationally, and ETERNALLY interconnected as ONE. 


To my loved ones:  Please remember this!  I will never leave you.  I will ALWAYS be found within you, as I AM YOU…YOU ARE ME.


When we remember WHAT we are, we automatically make better decisions in our daily lives as WHO we are, which can ONLY result in more optimal outcomes. Remember this CONSTANTLY, then pivot, re-adapt, readjust, re-calibrate, recreate, and KEEP GOING.  KEEP DOING WHAT YOU ARE DOING.


When we look in the mirror, we are under the perception that we are viewing OURSELVES.  In reality, we are witnessing the temporary, outward, physical manifestation of GOD.  


Look in the mirror, RIGHT NOW.  What do you see?  Repeat this DAILY, inside your mind, EVERY time you look in the mirror:  I AM GOD, expressing itself in the most beautiful ways possible, through this body and this short life I am now living.  Allow the subconscious and the RAS to go to work on this.  Allow this truth to empower you with the remembrance of your Divine Nature, and constantly, consistently, repetitiously, MAKE BETTER DECISIONS.


When we see thing differently, the things we are looking at become different.  It is our perceptions and beliefs that determine the physical realities we exist in, and our beliefs and perceptions are ENTIRELY UP TO US.  As we upgrade our beliefs and perceptions, we upgrade the quality of our life experiences and our level of enjoyment while in these current bodies.  We can ALWAYS up-level and upgrade our personal realities.  It’s up to US.  

“If it is to be, it’s up to me.”


This life is a playground in which we get to play.  Life is a dance we rehearse in our minds, and each day is the ever-progressing production in which each of us is the star, the main attraction.


I LOVE the line in the Taylor Swift song that says: “We ALL have crowns.  You need to calm down.”Our egos sometimes get caught up in comparisons, hoping to feel or look, “BETTER THAN,” when in reality, on the Spiritual Plane we are all IDENTICAL.  When we get caught up in the Physical Plane, and forget WHAT we are in the pursuit of the WHO we are, constantly trying to identify as an incredible, special, different, separate, and unique individual, we CREATE differently.  Things are just less enjoyable, and less beautiful.  If ONE of us is special and unique, we ALL are.  If ONE of us is important, WE ALL ARE.

 We ALL have crowns.


Yes, there are certain laws we are required to follow during our constant recreation process as humans within this physical ream, but once we learn how to more fully access WHAT we TRULY are within the Spiritual Ream, while simultaneously existing on the Physical Plane, we can literally bend these rules to create with, MUCH more effectively.


I really do think it is possible that ALL of us are the light, energy, love, and the outward, physical manifestation of God.


I have learned that WHATEVER we choose to believe and focus on, consistently and with intensity, BECOMES OUR PERSONAL REALITY.  Why not create the most perfect, beautiful, meaningful, purpose-filled, and enjoyable, personal reality POSSIBLE?

-Exercise (ANYTHING is better than nothing.  10 push-ups, a set of planks, a walk, a bike ride, 10 body-weight squats-ANY exercise counts!)

-Carbohydrate intake (Simply add up the carbohydrates you eat and drink throughout the day.)

-Self-Appreciation (Towards the end of the day, it is helpful to set an alarm or a reminder to take a minute and reflect on the day, coming up with a short mental list of what you said or did that you are proud of, and why you appreciate yourself.)

-Breathing (Box breathing, Wim Hof breathing, or any other technique, practiced at ANY point in the day.)

-Complimented Someone (A kind text, an encouraging email, or a compliment in passing, will enhance the enjoyment of another’s day, and the positive energy will quickly spread.)

-My Bad Habit (One personal thing you want to change or get better at, or replace it with entirely.  For example, if you want to stop drinking soda, this entry will be: Soda – yes or no, each day.)

-My Affirmations (A list of your OWN affirmations to be read just before bed, allowing the subconscious to go to work on them.  This list is personal, and simply needs to be comprised of self-descriptive, empowering, positive words that describe the version of you that you wish to expand into.  Start your affirmations list with, “I AM:” and add as many words to this list as you like, at any time you like.)

Doing just ONE of these things on the daily checklist, each and every day is a win.  Doing more than one of these things each day is an even BIGGER win.  Albert Einstein taught that COMPOUNDING INTEREST IS THE EIGHTH WONDER OF THE WORLD.  He wasn’t just talking about money.  CONSISTENCY COMPOUNDS.  Our seemingly small successes will add up, compound, grow exponentially, and become MASSIVE, PERSONAL GROWTH AND SUCCESS.

Why it is SO important to FEEL GOOD, ALL OF THE TIME

Why it is SO IMPORTANT how we FEEL- ESPECIALLY WHEN we are eating.

Every bite of food, every drink we sip, and EVERYTHING we ingest, is programming our bodies how to heal, or how NOT to. 

It is a sobering reminder for those of us who have spent YEARS snacking on foods with preservatives, carbohydrates, and sugars, spending time in our food addictions and eating something comforting every time we experience stress.  When we are completely and totally honest with ourselves, the majority of us don’t look in the mirror with extreme pride and self-love.  Most of us get right on to judgment and self-loathing, and so often we simply avoid the mirror.

A lot of what is going on INSIDE of us is manifesting on the OUTSIDE of us.  It takes months, or sometimes even YEARS for the outside, physical state to mirror what has been going on inside of us, but it ALWAYS does.  Our habitual ways of thinking dictate how we habitually feel.  How we feel results in decisions and actions taken, and these things soon become habitual.  What we eat is often habitual.  In moments of duress, stress, or extreme physical pain, I have noticed that my willpower fades quite quickly, and I tend to go straight to the cupboards and seek out ANYTHING with TONS of sugars for an immediate feeling of relief. 

Here is a fun fact:  Children contain around 60,000 miles of blood vessels in their tiny human body.  Adults have around 100,000 miles of blood vessels.  It takes only TWO pumps of the human heart to move the blood in a complete circle throughout the ENTIRE body, and ALL of those miles, assuming it is a relatively healthy body.

The reason it matters SO MUCH how we feel, ESPECIALLY WHILE we are eating, is because of our chemical makeup AT THE TIME of consuming information in the form of food and drink that has the potential to heal us.  You see, what we think INSTANTLY determines the cascade of chemicals and hormones that will be IMMEDIATELY injected into our blood streams.  Within two pumps of the heart, these chemicals and hormones have reached the ENTIRE BODY, seeping into our tissues and organs, and sharing information through these chemicals and hormones that IMMEDIATELY dictate not only how we FEEL, but also how we HEAL.  The information contained within the food or beverages we choose intermingles with these chemicals and hormones. 

If we are suffering the ill-effects of accumulated stress, fatigue, anger, hatred, frustration, and resentment, and that is all we can think about, and it is all we have been thinking about for weeks, months, or even YEARS, the quality of the chemicals consistently and instantly being injected into and immediately pumped by the heart throughout the entire blood vessel system to EVERY part of our body through the blood vessels, the eventual effects are predictable.  Ill health, diseases of ALL kinds, MASSIVE inflammation, depression, lack of energy, inability to operate at an optimal level, and certainly a weakened ability to think, speak, and make decisions effectively are ALL just a FEW of the effects that come from FEELINGS. 

If we are feeling happy, calm, rested, energetic, excited, and like we are surrounded by love, having MUCH to be grateful for, and if we are extremely comfortable in our present environment, the cascade of chemicals and hormones that are instantly injected into our bloodstream are of a totally different makeup, providing TOTALLY different information for our bodies to read and be programmed by.  THESE chemicals and hormones, when combined with ANY information given by ANYTHING we eat or drink, will result in greater healing capacity, than a consistently angry, rageful, resentful gym rat that ONLY eats certain items from an incredibly healthy and strict diet plan.

Can you imagine how the people that consistently eat and drink ONLY healthy choices AND feel good all the time probably feel?  It really isn’t difficult to see why high performers live such incredible lives of wealth and abundance!  They have decided their good thinking habits, which then dictate their habitual ways of FEELING and BEING.  When we dial this ONE thing in, EVERY OTHER THING in our lives falls perfectly and effortlessly into place, or out of our lives ENTIRELY. 

How long does it take you to calm down after totally losing your shit?  Really!  IT MATTERS.  An event happens, we instantly react with RAGE, and a certain set of chemicals and hormones are immediately released into the body.  These chemicals and hormones react and provide a program telling our bodies how to react or respond.  THE VERY NEXT MOMENT IS ENTIRELY UP TO US.  Do we then think thoughts of rage, violence, and revenge, or are we able to immediately calm and sooth our minds with thoughts that will re-release the chemicals we WANT to circulate within our bodies?

The GOOD news is that FEELINGS come from THOUGHTS, and WE are in charge of our thoughts!  Our thoughts are OUR responsibility, and no one else in this world can tell us what or how we HAVE to think and feel.

BRILLIANT advertisers have spent TRILLIONS of dollars and have conducted research and studies for DECADES, to discover how to control the human mind, and program it to think from a place of lack, to program the body to feel as though we are incomplete, or something is missing, believing that in order to feel WHOLE and COMPLETE, we must buy THINGS outside of us, in order to then FINALLY “fix” what is wrong INSIDE  of us.  Many of us are part of a system that endeavors to remove as much of our hard-earned money from our pockets as it possibly can, in a race towards abundance for the few, rather than a race to benefit the greater good of the collective whole.

WE ARE IN CHARGE OF OUR THOUGHTS!  Or, are we?  Have we been programmed to think certain ways, believe certain things, respond in certain ways, and to BE a certain way?  On a scale of 1 to 10, how “in control” of your thought do you really feel you actually ARE, or are you, like me, on autopilot for a majority of your day?  What do you spend the majority of your time each day actually thinking about?  Are you also a card-holding member of The Itty Bitty Shitty-Thinking Committee, like I have been for most of my life?    

When I first answered these questions, I told myself I am a perfect 10.  There it was!  The EGO.  As I processed this question, started actually keeping a time journal to be more aware of the time I was spending on certain thoughts, and took a deeper look into myself, separating the WHAT I am, with the WHO I identify as in this human body, I had to swallow my pride and allow WHAT I am tell WHO I THINK I am that 10 wasn’t even CLOSE to accurate. 

How many ORIGINAL thoughts do you think you have had in a lifetime?  I’m not sure ANY of my thoughts are actually ORIGINAL, as I have always learned from books, speaking with those I consider to be wiser than myself, and the people I have always been surrounded by.  I was lucky to have an INCREDIBLE group of people that I grew up around, and I constantly absorbed as much experience and wisdom from them as I possibly could, in order to live “The Right Way,” whatever THAT means.

I have learned much about healthy habits and better ways of eating.  In 2014, I was unable to walk.  I was overweight, MASSIVELY depressed, suicidal, unable to work, and suffering a great deal from degenerative disc disease.  Three of the doctors I saw all told me to apply for disability, explaining that my condition would NEVER get better, and there was a very small chance I would ever work again.  This hopeless diagnosis from these doctors didn’t help with the depression, but 2014 was the year of change.  With the help of the woman I was married at the time, a decision and a commitment were made to go off ALL of the psychotropic medications I had been taking for the previous 15 years.  Within two months, I had my mind back, and was able to think MUCH more clearly.  This resulted in making much better decisions.     

It was a time for new beginnings.  I began to learn new ways of thinking and doing things, experimenting with new habits, and re-creating my personal reality.  All along the way, FEELING GOOD, ALL THE TIME, has become one of the main themes and desires of my life. 

 There are MANY things we can do to FEEL GOOD, RIGHT AWAY.  There are also many things we can do CONSISTNETLY AND HABITUALLY that will empower us to FEEL GOOD, ALL THE TIME.  Who, in their right mind, doesn’t want to feel good ALL the time?  Do you think feeling good ALL the time is available to you?  I used to not think it was available to ME, which is why I felt compelled to write and share this article.

Here is a list of things to try.  ANY of these things, when practiced and made into a HABIT, can and will improve the overall, general quality of this life experience for ANYONE willing to do it.  Practicing ALL of these habits will IMMENSELY improve the quality of this life experience.

HABIT #1:  Before eating or drinking ANYTHING, at ANY time, check in with how you currently FEEL.  Take 6 deep breaths, inhaling slowly and completely, then exhaling slowly and completely.  As you do, begin thinking of everything you are grateful for, happy about, or are in love with, RIGHT NOW.  Doing this regularly will habitually alter and reprogram your brain and body to ONLY inject and circulate HELPFUL, HEALING chemicals and information to combine and benefit the health of your body, in EVERY way, no matter WHAT you eat, but really, WHAT we eat MATTERS, and we ALL are aware of this, even though some of us still want to claim ignorance and not knowing for some of our health issues.  It’s a great excuse, but living in The Information Age has sort of eliminated excuses of ignorance and not knowing.

In truth, this is a HIGHLY USEFUL practice that can be used ANY time feelings of anger, stress, anxiety, frustration, or other feelings which produce harmful chemistry within us, are experienced throughout the day.

HABIT #2:  Tom Bilyeu is one of MANY high performers that teaches meditation as the most powerful and underutilized tool available to EVERYONE who endeavors to improve the quality of THINKING, FEELING, and BEING.  He has stated that it is the ONE THING he wish he would have started his ENTIRE life journey knowing about and practicing DAILY.  If you don’t know who he is, or what he and his wife have been doing to change the world, and at what level they do it, I invite you to plug his name into Google, or the YouTube search engine.  It took a year for me to read Tim Ferriss’ book, TRIBE OF MENTORES, but about 90% of the high performers he interviewed for that book all practice DAILY meditation.  The audio book, STRESS LESS, ACCOMPLISH MORE, by Emily Fletcher, is the one thing that FINALLY convinced me to begin meditation.  For years I put it off, believing I would screw it up, and not really knowing which KIND of meditation to try, but her book made it EASY.  I now regret not starting this practice SOONER, and making it a daily habit.  SO MANY highly successful, happy, healthy people meditate.  I highly recommend buying the audio version of this book, giving it a try for yourself, and listening to the book AT LEAST once a year.  The daily habit of a meditative practice has FAR TOO MANY benefits to ignore.

HABIT #3:  Exercise.  ANYTHING is better than nothing at all.  Even when we are EXHAUSTED, a short walk, yoga, stretching, 10 push-ups, 1 pull-up, or 20 jumping jacks can help our circulation, energize us, and immediately help us to FEEL better.  ANY physical activity releases a cascade of beneficial chemicals and hormones.  Once exercise is a daily habit, it gets easier and easier.  Consistency compounds, and so does consistently FEELING BETTER.  Many people seek perfection over progress, but the hard truth is that perfection is unattainable, and only an excuse used by those who wish to remain exactly where they are at.

HABIT #4:  SLEEP.  There are MANY studies and TONS of research that prove the importance of sleep.  The previous 3 habits will all help with the habit of sleep.  We are all different, and we all have different needs, especially when it comes to sleep.  Research this topic for yourself, and decide what is best for you.  I believe that we each know what we TRULY need better than anyone else on this planet, and if we listen to that “Inner Guide,” or our intuition, or gut instinct, we will know what to do.  What we need changes as we do, and what works today, may not work for us a year from now, and that’s okay.  “Humans are the ULTIMATE ADAPTATION MACHINE!” Tom Bilyeu.

HABIT #5:  NUTRITION.  It isn’t as important as FEELING GOOD, ALL THE TIME, in my opinion, but it is MASSIVELY impactful on our over-all, eventual health and longevity, and certainly has an impact on HOW WE FEEL.  Inflammation is the #1 cause of depression, and inflammation comes from our nutrition.  “If you think it’s expensive to eat healthy, just wait til you see the bill for NOT eating healthy!” -Jim Rohn.  He has an excellent point.  Imagine how much MORE energetic and productive you would be, how much MORE skilled and wealthier you would be, if you had all of these habits down and practiced each one daily, to the very best of your ability!  As we consistently do our very best, our very best consistently gets better and better.

HABIT #6:  SEX.  IT FEELS GOOD.  There are MANY reasons for that!  The endorphins that are released during sex completely alter the energetic, physiological, chemical, hormonal, magnetic fields we exist in and are a part of, and IMMENSELY improves the frequencies that we constantly vibrate at.  Being a part of a loving, giving, generous, intensely intimate expression during sex is mind-altering, chemically altering, and absolutely alters the way we FEEL.  I’m not saying have sex EVERY day, but…wait-why not?

HABIT #7:  SUN.  Get some sunlight.  If it isn’t available, and ESPECIALLY if you suffer from seasonal depression disorder, get a light that will imitate the effects of the sun!  Being in the sun for only 10 to 15 minutes causes a chemical reaction in our bodies that provides us with vitamin D, which is HIGHLY important in the production of energy that our body needs to operate at an optimal level.  Done consistently and regularly, this habit will help the body accumulate the abundance of energy it needs.

HABIT #8:  BOMBARD YOUR BRAIN.  If you are anything like me, MOST of what is going through your head was put there by the misperceptions of the well-intended teachings of others when you were younger, and throughout your entire life, leading to a MASSIVELY POOR SELF-IMAGE.  Our self-image is one of the most important works of art we will ever work on while in this life.  Dr. Bruce Lipton’s DECADES of research as a cellular biologist teaches us that from birth to age 7, we are MUCH more susceptible to programming and belief acquisition, and around the age of 7, our brains switch into a totally different wave capability, leaving us, “fully programmed,” and ready to tackle life with this particular set of beliefs.  This means that MOST OF US are literally living life according to the programming of a 7-year-old.  I know, I know, that hurt my feelings when I heard it, too.  I certainly didn’t want to believe it, but as I thought about it, I found it to be true for ME.  Dr. Bruce Lipton and Dr. Joe Dispenza, as well as MANY other research-scientists, are in agreement that the only way to improve or change the programming of an adult brain is through REPETITION.  If we think about it, we recognize that about 80% of what we think about is repeated from the previous day.  Unhappy?  Frustrated?  Depressed?  Anxious?  Suicidal?  Angry?  ALL of these feelings are results of repetitive, habitual thinking patterns.  Again, the GOOD news is that FEELINGS come from THOUGHTS, and WE are in charge of our thoughts!  Our thoughts are OUR responsibility, and no one else in this world can tell us what or how we HAVE to think and feel. 

When we BOMBARD OUR BRAIN with new content, and listen to what we WANT to occupy our minds on repeat, our subconscious becomes reprogrammed, and our physical brain actually, literally rewires itself to match the structures and patterns of these new thoughts!  In his Tedx talk, Dr. Joe Dispenza explains that when a new thought is thunk, neurons come together to support this new thought.  If it is only thought once, or twice, the neurons then separate and move on to the thoughts that are consistently being repeated.  If we think the new thought, or listen to the new content, over and over and over, the neurons that once supported the OLD ways of thinking and all of those OLD thought patterns, are then recruited to the NEW thoughts that are being repeated.  REPETITION IS THE KEY.  CONSISTENCY is the magic ingredient of CREATING NEW HABITS.  To create a new habit, one must consistently repeat the new habit for MONTHS, before seeing the desired results that will motivate and energize the programmer of this new habit to KEEP AT IT.  Shitty habits ONLY produce shitty results.  If you are feeling shitty, most likely you have shitty habits, and THAT’S OKAY!  It’s perfectly normal.  If that is how you want to continue feeling, keep thinking what you have been thinking, keep talking about what you have been talking about, and keep doing what you have been doing.  If you actually desire to experience a MASSIVE CHANGE in the way you feel, all that is required is a MASSIVE CHANGE in your habits.  REPETITION IS THE KEY.  CONSISTENCY is the magic ingredient of creating new HABITS.

YOU ARE IN CHARGE.  YOU ARE THE DRIVER OF THIS VEHICLE WE CALL THE HUMAN BODY.  YOU ARE THE PROGRAMMER!  Decide what you want, roll up your sleeves, and get to work!  You will NEVER regret doing what results ONLY in FEELING GOOD, ALL THE TIME.  I really do think you DESERVE to! 

HABIT #9:  FINANCES.  There are MANY financial gurus out there, and there always have been.  These gurus are those who are an EXCELLENT SOURCE to draw from, for the simple fact that RESULTS DON’T LIE, and they are gurus BECAUSE OF THEIR RESULTS.  A super short, super-easy book to read on finances is, THE RICHEST MAN IN BABYLON, by George S. Clason.  I picked up my copy at a used book store for only $6.  His advice is GENIOUS, and shared through a story of olden time.  MANY of us feel the feelings of fear, stress, and anxiety that come from not having our financial world in order.  We tend to focus on excuses as to why we “can’t” get ahead, instead of seeking out those who have already been in our very situation, AND WORSE, only to rise from the ashes like a Phoenix, and live a live of extreme financial abundance!  I once heard Tom Bilyeu say, “A stupid man NEVER learns from his mistakes.  A smart man will eventually learn from his mistakes.  A WISE man chooses to learn from the mistakes of OTHERS.”  There is WISDOM in learning from others, especially when they have been where we currently are, but are currently where we want to be.

HABIT #10:  DO SOMETHING NEW AND UNCOMFORTABLE.  DO THIS DAILY.  Drive a different way home, from work.  Sit at a different table at lunchtime.  Prioritize your tasks for the day, and tackle the most difficult one, FIRST!  Say hello to someone new, and ask them a question.  Try a new, healthy meal.  Read, instead of turning on the tv, or mindlessly scrolling through your phone.  Plant something.  Get a pet.  Take a class.  Join a support group.  CREATE a support group.  The more comfortable we become with being uncomfortable, the more adaptable we become!  These effects compound, and the results are STAGGERING.  CONSISTENTLY doing hard things makes us more skilled, more capable, more experienced, more valuable, more confident, and much less fearful.

HABIT #11:  GROUNDING/FOREST-BATHING.  Get out into nature.  There are MANY positive effects that come from being outside and reconnecting with Mother Earth-ESPECIALLY when you are bare-foot.  At a molecular level, the atoms in our bodies consistently accumulate a negative charge.  Eventually, this over-accumulation of negative charges at the molecular level results in acidity within our body, and the pH of our personal chemical makeup changes our internal environment, which lowers our immune system, and makes us more susceptible to illnesses and diseases.  Cancer THRIVES in an acidic environment.  Walking bare-foot on the ground out in nature, or even on the grass in a park or in the front yard, rids us of this over-abundance of negative charges.  Mother Earth assumes responsibility for ALL of it, and leaves us in a state of more optimized healing.  Radio waves, micro-waves, telecommunications, harmful vibrational frequencies created from habitual negative thinking, and SO MANY OTHER harmful, man-made consequences that we can’t even see, are constantly bombarding us, constantly passing through us, and harming us.  Mother Earth is waiting for us to reconnect, wanting to help us rid ourselves of the harmful effects of these man-made devices.  It is entirely up to us to habitually take a few minutes out of each day to RE-GROUND, RECONNECT, RE-CENTER, AND REPAIR.  An INCREDIBLY powerful documentary to watch regarding this topic is called, THE EARTHING MOVEMENT.  The last time I watched it, it was for free on YouTube.

HABIT #12:  OVER-HYDRATE.  ESPECIALLY if you have degenerative disc disease or back issues.  The last body parts to actually assimilate fluids are the discs between our vertebrae.  Do your research on the water you are over-hydrating with.  It really does matter a LOT more than we know.  Water that is devoid of minerals will actually pull the minerals out of our bodies the instant we drink it.

This life is a PRACTICE, and so are each of these habits.  I learned, recently, that THERE ARE OTHER WAYS OF BEING.  Some of these other ways of being are WAY more enjoyable than “The RIGHT way,” I thought I was expected to adhere to for the rest of my life.  The old, rigid, black-and-white, all-or-nothing ways of being that I used to practice were not AT ALL serving me, or empowering me to constantly re-create a life of more and more abundance in ALL areas available to EVERY ONE OF US, as beings inhabiting these temporary, physical, human bodies.  We are ALL capable of doing and having more, progressively leveling up in life, just as if it were a video game.  Jesse Elder teaches, “You already won the game of life the day you were born.  Everything else within this life experience is just a BONUS ROUND.”   

No matter who we are, there is ALWAYS more to learn, more we can do, more we can acquire, more we can enjoy, and more that we can GIVE.  There is ALWAYS more out there, if that is what we WANT.  There is ALWAYS more to learn, if THAT is what we want.  I think the most important thing in this life, however, is to learn to habitually practice SELF-LOVE, SELF-ACCEPTANCE, and SELF-APPRECIATION.  When we TRULY learn to do this, we are FAR more capable of giving the same gift to OTHERS, and EVERY interaction we are blessed to be a part of is an opportunity for us to practice BEING LOVE.  When we consistently and habitually to our very best to interact with others from a place of PURE LOVE, it progressively gets EASIER.  That’s what “practice” is all about-progressively getting BETTER. 

So, for LUCKY HABIT #13: SELF-IMPROVEMENT.  “We can get better.  We can get stronger.  We can get smarter.” -Jim Rohn.  Self-improvement leads to a better self-image.  A better self-image leads to FEELING better, and the ability to love, accept, and appreciate oneself even MORE.  When we FEEL better, we naturally and easily DO better, in ALL areas of our lives.  SELF-IMPROVEMENT IS A LIFE-LONG COMMITMENT.  It is a very personal practice, but, again, “A stupid man NEVER learns from his mistakes.  A smart man will eventually learn from his mistakes.  A WISE man chooses to learn from the mistakes of OTHERS.”  There is WISDOM in learning from others, especially when they have been where we currently are, but are currently where we want to be.

Seek out others who ALREADY ARE where you want to be.  CHOOSE THEM for your source of wisdom, inspiration, and motivation, rather than listening to and heeding the words and opinions of so many who want to tell you all about what you should do and how you should do it, without ever having even experienced any of it for themselves.  The SOURCE(S) of our information, inspiration, and motivation can make all the difference in the world.  Research your chosen source.  DIVE DEEPLY!  Know EVERYTHING about them.   Know what habits they practice daily, and try them out for yourself.  Know that ANYTHING NEW feels awkward and uncomfortable, but with persistence and consistent effort, it is possible that you pass up your expectations of your own desires and create something even more beautiful than you were originally planning to!

Years ago, I was discouraged after receiving negative feedback from someone about my writing.  I expressed to my son, Dravyn, who was 15 at the time, that I felt like giving up.  I was frustrated, because of all the time, energy, and effort that I was putting into my website, writing a book, crafting blogs, designing online classes, and creating social media posts.  Despite all of the positive feedback I was receiving each day, the negative feedback sort of took the wind right out of me sails.  I felt dejected, and started to question if what I was doing was worth the time, energy, and effort.  “Do you enjoy it?” he asked.  “I LOVE it!” was my response.  “Then no matter what others say, dad, just KEEP GOING.  KEEP DOING WHAT YOU ARE DOING.”  That advice stuck with me, and I think of it every day.  When I am tired, I accept myself as tired.  When I feel hopeless, dejected, rejected, or of little value, I let it go, and I KEEP GOING.  I KEEP DOING WHAT I AM DOING.  There is no reason to make a permanent decision based upon a temporary emotion.  Emotions come and go, like waves crashing on the shore, then retreating back into the ocean, but these feelings and emotions we experience are the product and immediate result of WHAT WE ARE THINKING IN THE CURRENT MOMENT, and WE are in charge of that.

You deserve to be HAPPY.  You deserve to FEEL GOOD, ALL THE TIME!  This is available to you, but only if you believe it!  WE are in charge of designing the life of our dreams.  NO ONE IS COMING TO SAVE YOU.  We are meant to save ourselves.  If you are in pain, and have been victimized by circumstances, situations, or people in your life, know that YOU ARE NOT ALONE.  Our pain is a BLESSING.  Our pain is information telling us that what we are currently thinking and doing needs to be altered and that we need to recalibrate our habitual way of thinking and being, or we will keep experiencing more of the same.  Once we learn how to navigate THROUGH our pain (we can’t really go around it or avoid it-the same damn lessons keep coming until we learn them,) then we have the opportunity to share what we have learned with others.  Zig Ziglar said, “You never know when a moment and a few sincere words can have an impact on a life FOREVER.”  A REAL healer, a TRUE healer, doesn’t heal others.  A true healer empowers OTHERS with the tools, skills, wisdom, knowledge, and experiences to HEAL THEMSELVES.

There are SO MANY ways of thinking, doing, and BEING.  The possibilities are LIMITLESS.  We are creators.  Go create something beautiful, and magnificent!  Go create something that is worthy of WHAT YOU TRULY ARE. 

WE create our chemical makeup. WE ARE CREATORS.

When we open our eyes in the morning and behold the loved one laying next to us, when we pet a dog, when we hug our child, when we listen to certain noises, sounds, or music, or experience ANYTHING we perceive of as beautiful and something we love and enjoy, certain chemicals are IMMEDIATELY produced and injected into our blood stream, which is then pumped WITHIN ONLY TWO BEATS OF THE HEART to over 60,000 MILES of blood vessels within our bodies.  A beautiful concoction of hundreds cascade and intermingle to join and create feelings and moods for us to experience IN REAL TIME, immediately.  It’s INCREDIBLE.

The mind can not differentiate between reality and thought.  This is useful information to know!  We can, around certain people, or in circumstances or situations which usually elicit from us feelings of stress, anxiety, darkness, or depression, GO WITHIN, and envision ALL of the things that elicit from us, instead, feelings of joy, happiness, peace, kindness, acceptance, patience, and LOVE.  THE CHEMISTRY CHANGES IMMEDIATELY, depending upon what we CHOOSE to think about and focus on, regardless of what is going on in our outside worlds!

WE create the chemical makeup of our bodies THROUGH THINKING, as much as we do through habitually responding and reacting to everything we experience with our beautiful but limiting 5 senses, while in this body, living this life.

Through a daily practice of meditation and mindfulness, we can creat an INNER world that will soon dictate how the OUTER world interacts with us.  As we use this daily practice I be silent and still, we have the daily opportunity to DISPLACE everything in our inner world with all that we WANT, rather than allowing all that we DO NOT WANT to occupy that space.  

We can replace things by moving a thing over and adding another thing.  Both things are then there, together.  To completely, permanently DISPLACE things, we add so much of the one thing that the other can no longer coexist, and it easily and naturally removes itself from the equation, as if it was moss, floating on the top of a full barrel of water, then when more water was pumped into the barrel, the floating moss moved to the side of the barrel and simply spilled over the side and down the exterior of the barrel, never to enter it again.

When we consistently focus on what we DO want, ONLY THAT can occupy our barrel.  All that we DON’T want, is then easily and naturally pushed to the top of the barrel and travels to the side, spilling over, and out of us.  

I LOVE Wayne Dyer’s metaphor of The Orange.  ONLY THAT WHICH ISNINSIDE CAN COME OUT OF US.  ONLY THAT WHICH WE HAVE ARE WE ABLE TO GIVE AWAY TO OTHERS.

I admit-at first I SUCKED at this!  It takes practice and repetition.  CONSISTENCY IS THE KEY!

The books, STRESS LESS, ACCOMPLISH more by Emily Fletcher, MINDSET, by Carol Dweck, and REAL MAGIC, by Dr. Wayne Dyer, have helped me IMMENSELY in the Self-Recreation process.  I have listened to these books many times and will continue to do so in a continued effort to only add to my barrel that which empowers me to get what I WANT, which is to BE more loving and to experience consistent PEACE as a result.

When we see something we want, but don’t know how to get it, the process becomes INFINITELY more easy when we ask someone who ALREADY HAS what we want!

What is it YOU want?  Chances are, someone has MASTERED the skills it takes to get WHATEVER it is we want.  The question THEN becomes, are we willing to do what it takes to earn whatvwe want?

Once we are clear on EXACTLY what we want, we can learn from OTHERS how to get it, then create a checklist and get to work.  

I want to consistently experience INNER PEACE amidst the chaos of this unpredictable, distracting, sometimes crazy but INCREDIBLY beautiful world we are all a part of.  FROM THAT PLACE, clarity and energy are produced in MASSIVE amounts, and ANYTHING becomes possible.

Hey, little man. Before you came into this world, before you were born into this beautiful, tiny, healthy little body, and before you were gifted to, AND BECAME A GIFT FOR, these two people who promised to ALWAYS do their very best by you,

YOU WERE LOVE.

You were perfect, whole, complete, amazing, incredible, PURE LOVE.

You still are. YOU ARE LOVE.

Just so you know, your mom and dad will spend the rest of their entire lives doing their very best for you, and everyone else around them. You have been blessed to be born to them.

The love they have for themselves, and within themselves, is the example of the kind of love you need to practice using with yourself and others, ALWAYS. Lean into it, and BE the LOVE they have for you and so many others. They may be imperfect, but we ALL are. They will always do their best, and the love they have within themselves is PERFECT.

It has been said that the greatest teachers, the most enlightened gurus, and the most spiritual of beings and Avatars to live on this earth realized the truth that we are ALL LOVE, born into this world for a human experience, and we forget who we are. The only difference between them and you, little man, is they know who they are, while you are still searching to figure out who you are. They don’t have any more love within them than you do, they simply have LESS of EVERYTHING ELSE. They choose to do the daily work to remember who they are, and they continue to BE who they are: LOVE!

Despite the fact they are living within the confines and rule-sets of this physical, human “reality,” they are practiced in the art of BEING LOVE.

You can do that, too!!!

Turn inward. Go back home. Home is a FEELING, not a place, and that feeling is LOVE.

The only thing The Universe desires to find within itself is LOVE. YOU are a piece of that Universe, and so is EVERY OTHER SOUL that now inhabits ANY living thing.

That beautiful bug collection you will work so hard on in a couple of years? They are a part of you. To cause any living thing PAIN, is to cause YOURSELF pain.

That kid you are going to bully, and take advantage of, in a couple of years? He is a piece of you. He is a part of you. LOVE him, instead. Remember who you are! YOU ARE LOVE.

That kid that bullied you for three years, mercilessly, between 6th and 9th grade, until you finally kicked his ass for bullying your sister? His home life was ALWAYS full of fear, intolerance, abuse, and hatred. Later, he kills himself, lost in darkness, hopelessness, loneliness, and a personal experience devoid of LOVE. LOVE HIM! Befriend him, after you kick his ass. He is a piece of you. You are a part of him. BEING LOVE does not mean you need to be a pacifist, or tolerant of poor behaviors. LOVE protects self and others.

That dog you will for 16 years that you will love so much, that will be put to sleep while you are away at Boy Scout camp, so you don’t have to be a part of that difficult decision or the pain that will inevitably come from that loss? Don’t let it keep you from getting and expressing love to another pet! ALWAYS care for, and express love towards, EVERY living creature, and BE LOVE TOGETHER. Don’t be afraid of getting another dog and loving it FULLY. Remember to say all of your loving goodbyes EVERY time you walk away from anything, or anyone, you love.

That young, pretty girl you will marry someday will give you the greatest blessings of your life. THREE of them!!! No matter what happens, how you both are victimized by life, no matter the terrible choices you make separately and together, no matter what ugly things you say and do to one another in the 12 years you will be together, know that there will be great purpose in ALL of it. Remember the many beautiful times that you will have, and be grateful for them! NEVER diminish her, demean her, slight her, make her look bad, or shed her in a negative light around your kids, and remember to allow her to be who and what she needs to in order to heal and remember who SHE is: LOVE! Yes, little man, she may even hurt you, someday, but she is a piece of that same, exact thing YOU are a piece of. She, too, is LOVE, and just like you, for a time, she will have forgotten who she is, as well. Things between you will end. When they do, send her LOVE, and leave her BE.

This life is filled with distractions, and HIGHLY INTELLIGENT individuals, who would program and influence you in a way that CONTINUES to distract you away from who you are and what you are capable of if you become more of yourself. BE MORE OF YOURSELF. BE MORE LOVE. It is this one thing that will empower you to build the beautiful life and legacy you will one day build. Beware of tricks and deceptions, for there will be many, but all along the way, BE LOVE.

WE ALL ARE, disguised in these physical forms, hiding behind a protective ego filled with thoughts, beliefs, and perspectives PROGRAMMED WITHIN US SINCE BIRTH, to keep us in a perceived state of protection, which may only be fear, making forgetting who we TRULY are.

BE LOVE, and allow OTHERS to be LOVE in their OWN time. Remember:

That little brother of the girl you will marry? He will be like a brother to you. You will make very few, but very meaningful memories with him. LOVE him, every chance you get. He will call you one night, after MONTHS of battling demons of his own, just to tell you goodbye, but you won’t know it. He will thank you, and you will already know he is experiencing difficulties you don’t understand or comprehend. You will offer to drive down that very minute, from Wyoming to Arizona, because of the love you have for him, and pick up him, his girlfriend, and their baby son, and return home to move them in with you. He will tell you he has other plans, and you will feel hopeful for him, knowing he has a plan, and you will let him talk you out of driving the 14 hours that very night to pick them up. He loves you, and that is why he tricks you into having hope for him when he has none, because the next day he will kill himself. There is nothing more you could have done. LOVE him. He will always be inside you, just as YOU are inside you, for you are both LOVE. Forgive yourself for not knowing. NO JUDGMENTS. NO CRITICISMS. Not towards him, and not towards yourself. LET GO AND LET BE. Just LOVE. Matt will ALWAYS be with you. He is but a thought away. It is in the moments of peace, solitude, and silence, that GOD is remembered. GOD IS LOVE. Matt is LOVE. YOU are LOVE. We are ALL GOD, being realized and expressed in the most beautiful ways possible through this human experience.

You will experience MANY failed relationships after your own, first divorce. You will eventually realize that YOU are the common denominator in all of these failed relationships. These failures, ALL of them, will be the catalyst which inspire the necessary pain, fear, anguish, resentment, self-hatred, self-loathing, to act as combustion within a much-needed chemical reaction within your life, which will propel you on an alternate trajectory, which will result in you meeting the most incredible woman you could have ever previously hoped or prayed for. She will be the best thing that ever happens for you and your children. She will bring her own set of beliefs and life experiences, as well as three beautiful children of her own, and you will never know LOVE like this. Enjoy every moment of it. Be grateful for it, each and every day. Remember to NEVER take this gift for granted, and BE LOVE WITH HER. By doing so, you will be endowed with more power, energy, capabilities, skills, strength, wisdom, and purpose. With these gifts, that come as a result of accumulated experiences of exponential LOVE, given to you by her, all of both of your kids, their loved ones, and their children, the life and legacy you create will be remembered for generations to come, and the things you share in LOVE will be preserved and shared for centuries to come.

Learn to meditate at a younger age, and practice it DAILY. THIS is the practice that will empower you to go HOME, to go within, to remember and expand into MORE of who you are: LOVE.

That friend you will lose touch with after high school, only to reconnect with decades later, after he has cancer? You will feel like you are losing the opportunity to BE with him, and get to know him on a deep, meaningful, purpose-filled level. Don’t feel guilty. Don’t be ashamed. He lived a beautiful life! He experienced an AMAZING existence. Do not be sad. Send him, and those he loves and will miss, and those he will regret not being able to be present for, LOVE. He will always only ever be a thought away. HE is ALSO love. By BEING LOVE, he is also with you, ALWAYS.

LOVE COMPOUNDS. LOVE GROWS IN THE PRESENCE OF LOVE. LOVE IS AN ACCUMULATION OF LOVE.

You don’t need to ACT in love, little man. Not EVER. That would just be an ACT. BE LOVE! Just BE YOURSELF. LOVE is who you ARE.

All of the beliefs you will be spoon-fed will be useful to you far much of your life. They were meant to program you and teach you how to protect yourself and others.

DON’T BECOME ATTACHED TO THOSE BELIEFS.

STAY OPEN to new, different, alternative ways of sharing, thinking, and practicing BEING. This one thing will greatly enhance and optimize your life experience, empowering you to grow, adapt, expand, improve, progress, pivot, and recalibrate, MUCH more quickly, and THIS, little man, will result in much more LOVE and enjoyment for you, and those you love, while still in this body.

REMAIN OPEN TO EVERYTHING, AND ATTACHED TO NO THING.

Remember this message you will be blessed with later in life:

NO JUDGMENT. NO CRITICISM.

LET GO AND LET BE.

Become the WATCHER, the OBSERVER.

BE LOVE, ALWAYS.

When you falter or fail at this, quickly move through it. Feel no shame. Remember who you are and get back to that. Go back HOME.

There is so much within this life experience that you will be completely unaware of, so many people you will wish you would have been able to love and be there for, so many that are hurting and you just didn’t even know it. Go HOME. Go within. Rediscover yourself daily, and remember who you are, through prayer, meditation, yoga, and regular visits into NATURE. Practice inflection, and self-awareness. KNOW THYSELF, as a wise, Greek man, once said. As you go within, experience more of who you are, and expand into that, you will be emptying out all of that which moves you AWAY from who you are in this life, and you will be refilling your empty parts with MORE of who you ACTUALLY are, LOVE, BELONGING TO ETERNITY. You will be repairing yourself. THIS IS HOW YOU HEAL.

Remember who you are, little man. You are a perfect piece of The Universe You are GOD, in disguise. You are LOVE. Also remember, that EVERYONE ELSE IS, AS WELL.

LOVE and understand others. Seek to understand them even more. From LOVE will come empathy, understanding, complete acceptance, kindness, gentleness, and MORE LOVE. Love begets LOVE. That which we focus upon, EXPANDS. That monster which we DO NOT want, ALSO expands, if we choose to feed it with focus.

It is through kindness, respect, acceptance, understanding, forgiveness, and LOVE, that this world can be a better place, and THAT starts withing EACH of us, AS INDIVIDUALS. We can only give to others that which we have within us. Look within, ALWAYS, little man. What do you see? Is it LOVE? Or, like in so many, is it self-loathing, self-hatred, self-nonacceptance, unkindness towards yourself, shame, embarrassment, fear, and non-appreciation? If that is what you have for yourself, it is all that you will be able to give to others. If LOVE is what you have for yourself, and WITHIN yourself, THAT is all you will have to give to others.

BE LOVE.

Each time you look into the mirror, think of this. Repeat it to yourself:

I am PERFECTION, disguised in this temporary body. 

I am The Universe, God, The Source, simply expressing itself in the most beautiful way possible, by experiencing this life to the best of my ability, learning through trial and error, making my failures into successes, and living as a human BEING, rather than a human DOING.  

I don’t HAVE to DO anything to be more, or to be better, though that is ALWAYS an option to me, as long as I am alive.  

I am perfect, just as I AM.

Remember this, little man: ALWAYS CREATE YOUR CURRENT REALITY FROM A PLACE IN THE FUTURE. Create the future you want and desire in your mind, EVERY DAY, and lean into what it will take to manifest THAT. DO NOT live your life in the past. Alan Watts teaches that a boat leaves behind it a wake, that signifies where the boat has been in the water. Your body and this life is the boat and you are the captain of the ship-you are the DRIVER of that boat. The wake is your past, and it DOES NOT DETERMINE where you are going. Give no thought to the past. Learn from it and let it go-do not dwell there. REMEMBER YOUR FUTURE that you are busy creating, each and every day.

Can I get an outline, or a short biography of your life, with which I can introduce you ? (A brief history of your family of origin, where and how you grew up, what your mother and father and siblings were like.)

I was born in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. My parents are from South America and Indonesia. Both hard working people, which made that we, my older brother, younger sister and I, were home alone much of the time. We are not a real happy family, more all individuals doing their own thing. After my high school I lived in America for a year. I then finished my University education in computer science. I’ve worked as an entrepreneur for over 25 year, mainly because I don’t want to work fulltime. Finding a part-time job is not easy being a male. Currently looking for a job at the one hand, working on getting my business of the ground again. I want to move from computers to personal coaching.

What is your current age? What year were you born and where have you lived?

I’m 55, born in 1964, live in the Netherlands all my life, except for one year in America. 

Started in Amsterdam in the west, moved to the east for my education, moved back to the west and now living for over 20 year in the middle of the country. I’m surrounded by forest, river and orchards only 5 miles away.

What were the most important things you learned during your childhood and earlier years that helped you later in life?

Love yourself. My mom told me to look in the mirror and say that I liked myself. Although strange in the start, I am happy with myself, up until this day.

If your future best self from 10 years in the future appeared to you RIGHT NOW (who is stronger, more capable, and more successful than you ever imagined yourself to be), which ONE terrifying, challenging, or difficult action would that incredible future self tell you to take?  How would your future self advise you to live your life NOW, in order to ensure this future self exists?

I’ve taken so many terrifying actions. I just started on speaking out about Divineful. See no action ahead as of now. The advise would be to continue digging deeper and deeper into the concept of what it is to embrace my full Divine power. Keep dreaming of a stadium filled with people meditating and celebrating Divine connection together.

What are the practices which you have implemented into your life, which are difficult that have built credibility with yourself and improved your self-esteem?

Keep my eye on the good. I’ve been looking at the negative for a long time. Now I work on seeing good everywhere, consider challenges instead of problems. I consider myself a great man, hardworking, loving and forgiving.

What were your biggest failures/mistakes in life, and what did you learn from them?

Shouting at my kids. Anger is never an option, learn to deal with it, and see that it is your own weakness that causes it.

Where is your favorite place you have ever been and why?

New York city. We spent a week there in 2018. Without a plan, going where we felt would be nice, we had the most incredible encounters. 

What is your educational background?

I have a Master in Computer science. Beside that I have 28 years of spiritual self training.

What jobs/employment have you had? Which was the most fulfilling and why?

Computer programmer, bookkeeper, coach, webmaster. 

Actually none. I love to have time on my hands to spend with people I care about and share spiritual insights with. 

When you feel frustrated, angry, or out of control, what do you do to quickly and effectively return to your baseline emotion? (How do you, “Self-soothe”?)

I don’t get there anymore very often. I have a day ritual that keeps me connected with my inner silence all of the time. If I do, I open myself up for inflow of Divine stillness

If you were to believe in the idea of PRONOIA, and believed that the Universe has conspired on your behalf, EACH AND EVERY MOMENT of your entire life, what moments would prove this belief to be true?

To many to mention.

Finding my wife, in France while we both were living in the Netherlands, not more than 10 miles apart.

Surviving my coma when I was 18 months old, because my mom had seen month to month breathing the day before on TV. This was back in 1966 when almost none had a TV set.

Discovering I had an NDE when I was 18 months, only when I was 42 years old. And being able to transcribe what happened during that time.

What is a long-lasting, sustainable contribution you would like to make that lasts long after you are gone, and you do you want it to affect?

Introduce Divineful into the world. As known as mindfulness is now. Effecting the whole world. Sharing the knowledge of the loving universe we live in. How to have a relationship with IT and how the live after is as much a part of reality as is this world

What are the principles and core beliefs you base your decisions and your life upon? Are there any principles or core beliefs that you altered/improved over the years, as you grew, progressed, and improved? (Old beliefs that didn’t serve you/were harmful vs. New beliefs which benefited you and those around you a great deal.)

We live in a loving universe that creates and lovingly supplies in all needs. Our thoughts create, but only when creating in harmony with IT can anything lasting be created. 

There have been many versions of this, from being afraid, angry, feeling left out.

Do you have a morning routine which you adhere to in order to, “Prime your pump,” and empower yourself to be a better, more grounded, centered, focused version of yourself for the day?

Yes, in fact I have a day routine. Starting with the end of the day, going to sleep with meditation, knowing I will wake up before the alarm goes off, feeling energetic and ready to start the day.

When waking up, thanking my body and consciousness, feeling the energy and getting up.

Breakfast, then meditation.

Taking from the book and a lot of meditation. I wish I knew what to advise. At the moment much of what is offered is to self-centered.

Who or what has been the biggest, most helpful contributors to your life?

My wife. She helps me to keep grounded

My son. He helps me to go for my dreams.

What have been the most helpful and effective healing tools, which have helped you the most in your own, personal, unique healing journey?

My own developed technique, called 888HQZ (healing from Quantum Zero). The basis of this is to heal yourself, in order to heal the other.

Divineful. I am working on returning Divine ITS prominent place in my life. Creating masterminds around the subject, and working on finding people interested. The biggest challenge there is to find where these people can be found.
