I hope you choose to bookmark this page and come back to visit it EVERY DAY OF THE YEAR!
These daily, inspirational Perspective Checks are for everyone who strives every single day to be the best version of themselves they can possible be. You will notice that much of this content is sometimes repetitive, and this is done on purpose.
It is through repetition that we learn and retain information best. REPETITION REPROGRAMS OUR SUBCONSCIOUS MIND, WHICH IS WHERE WE CONSTANTLY OPERATE FROM IN OUR LIFE RE-CREATION PROCESS, 95% OF THE TIME.
Each of these daily perspective checks helps the reader re-focus energy, thoughts, and attention on positivity, which automatically results in a shift away from negativity. I have found that the best way to create a life and a world we want is to ONLY focus on what we DO want, never giving what we DON’T want any attention, energy, thought, or focus. By so doing, we are remaining far too busy on creating what we DO WANT to let what we don’t want to ever manifest.
I INVITE YOU, FIRST THING EACH MORNING, TO READ EACH DAYS ENTRY, THEN RE-WRITE IT IN YOUR OWN WORDS, AND ADD IN YOUR OWN THOUGHT, IDEAS, QUOTES AND PERSPECTIVES IN ORDER TO MAKE IT EVEN BETTER AND TO MAKE IT YOURS. ADD IT TO YOUR OWN COMPOSITION NOTEBOOK OR YOUR OWN FILES.
Use your DAILY PERSPECTIVE SHIFT as a refocusing tool to ONLY think about and create the EXACT inner world you DO want to contribute to and manifest into you outer, physical reality. After a few years of doing this each day, you will be INCREDIBLY happy you made this a daily, habitual practice.
Together we can all change the world for the better. Together, we can more quickly and effectively create a world with more kindness, acceptance, love, patience, wealth, abundance, empathy, happiness, pleasure, enjoyment, and a much healthier lifestyle.
It all starts with a change or improvement in our own mindset and what we focus on.
Each GOODINTHEHEAD Daily Perspective Check is meant to be a short and sweet daily reminder and a perspective check of things many of us already know. These topics are meant to help keep our perspective in check and remind us to consistently re-focus on the important things in our daily lives. Such reminders empower us to FOCUS and RE-FOCUS on that which is most valuable, beneficial, and important to us, individually. I don’t know about you, but I can sure use reminders! Each day comes with a fun, little, beneficial, easy-to-complete challenge, which if accepted and acted upon consistently, can and will add value to anyone’s life. Remember: Consistency compounds and creates confidence. Character counts. Mindset matters.
Knowledge is great, but without marrying an action to that knowledge, it is useless.
“To know, and not to do, is not to know.”
When we ACT upon the information and knowledge we acquire, it becomes wisdom. When we act upon these things in a consistent manner, it becomes who we are.
“I WENT TO WORK ON MY HABITS, THEN MY HABITS WENT TO WORK ON ME.”
THE QUALITY OF OUR HABITS DETERMINES THE QUALITY OF OUR LIVES.
FIRST, WE CREATE OUR HABITS, THEN OUR HABITS CREATE OUR LIVES.
Each action we take is an opportunity to add value to our lives and the lives of those around us.
It is never too late to start anything that brings about good results.
I wrote these Daily Perspective Checks as personal reminders of what to focus and re-focus on every single day. I hope these things will benefit you as much as they have benefited me.
If we all practice BECOMING long enough and often enough, I believe we can create and help to expand and evolve our world into a better place, and by doing so those around us will benefit a great deal. By so doing we will add value to our lives and to the lives of everyone around us. By adding value to others lives, we will become more valuable.
Becoming a better version of ourselves is a learn-able, practicable skill.
The best advice I ever got was given to me by my youngest son, Dravyn, as a 15-year-old: “Keep going. Just keep doing what you are doing.”
