One thing to remember: YOU DO NOT HAVE TO CHANGE! Change is imminent. It will happen no matter what we do. OUR job is to simply practice refocusing ALL of our time, energy, and attention on what we DO want, and before long, all that we DON’T want will fall out of our lives easily and naturally.
I am so incredibly excited that you chose to make this investment and commitment. This workbook was originally going to be titled a “DAY PLANNER,” but instead has become what is more accurately defined as a WORKBOOK. It was designed to be EASY, ENJOYABLE, and EFFECTIVE. This is a START-ANY-DAY-OF-THE-YEAR, go at your own pace, DAILY workbook. It is a SELF-RECREATION and SELF-ENHANCEMENT workbook and is meant to be a tool of continuous up-leveling in ALL areas of life. This is a PERSONAL PROGRESSIVE PLANNER, made into a workbook, and is useful to consistently upgrade and optimize our perspectives and the life experiences we are all having.
The beauty of this workbook is that it is for EVERYONE. REGARDLESS of where you currently find yourself within the personal development realm, the more often you choose to complete this workbook, the deeper you dive into learning and practicing what YOU want enhanced and repeated in YOUR life, and the higher you are catapulted into LIMITLESS EXPANSION.
I am not suggesting that you use this material exclusively, with no thought or desire to do your own thing and learn in your own ways. I created this workbook to share with you what has worked so incredibly well for me, and for so many others, and I offer it as suggestions on where and how to start. I am sharing this work as a springboard, a place to start and begin building momentum in life that will serve and empower you to consistently upgrade and create YOUR most beautiful life.
Each month will be broken up into 30-day increments and will focus on just ONE area of our lives. These 12 areas we will focus on are:
Month 1 – The Power of Self Identity, Self-Love, Self-Appreciation, and Self-Acceptance.
Month 2 – The Power of Nutrition.
Month 3 – The Power of Movement.
Month 4 – The Power of The Abundance Mindset.
Month 5 – The Power of Socializing.
Month 6 – The Power of Upgrading Love Relationships.
Month 7 – The Power of The Inner Environment.
Month 8 – The Power of Upgrading Self-Awareness.
Month 9 – The Power of Upgrading Beliefs.
Month 10 – The Power of Upgrading Habits.
Month 11 – The Power of Repetition.
Month 12 – The Power of Recognizing and Acknowledging Results: A YEARLY SELF-ASSESSMENT.
Each month will begin with an alarm to set on your phone, or a daily reminder for you to remember, that will empower you to re-focus on the subject for the month. The sooner in the day this alarm goes off will determine the momentum of the entire rest of the day, as WHAT WE FOCUS ON WE FEED. Focusing on what we DO want more of in our lives, the first thing at the beginning of each day is a wonderfully useful and effective way to start momentum moving in the direction that WE want it to. With this workbook, YOU design your OWN day. You get to choose the exact wording of your reminder and the time, but a re-focusing prompt will be suggested at the beginning of each month. ALL YOU WILL NEED IS A COMPOSITION NOTEBOOK AND A PENCIL OR PEN.
The magic and beauty of hyper-focusing on just ONE topic for an entire month is that as we focus all of our time, attention, and energy upon only this one topic, we no longer have time, attention, and energy to manifest or re-perpetuate all we do NOT want in our lives. Depression dissipates. Hopelessness dissolves. We replace and displace all we do NOT want with all that we DO want, and this immediately and progressively results in a lifestyle filled with meaning, abundance, contribution, and limitless upgrades.
WHAT WE FOCUS ON WE FEED, THEREBY BECOMING MORE OF WHAT WE FOCUS ON AND MANIFESTING, CREATING, AND ATTRACTING MORE OF IT INTO OUR LIVES. It really is as easy as making a list of all we DO NOT want more of in our lives, and a list of all we DO want more of in our lives, then tearing up the one list and focusing ONLY on the OTHER list. Which list we tear up and which list we keep is entirely up to us.
After using the practices contained in this workbook as a personal development and life upgrade tool and observing what it has done for me, I wanted to get it out into the world for others to enjoy and benefit from, as well.
It is a dream of mine to see this planner, or something similar to it, being used by children, teenagers, and adults all around the world in an intentional effort to refocus their energy, time, and attention from what they DON’T want more of to what they DO want more of in their personal lives. I want it to be available to everyone suffering from mental illnesses, stress, anxiety, depression, or ANY difficulties in life to be used as a daily reminder of where they are GOING, and what is ahead of them, calling them forward into personal, limitless expansion.
Within the workbook is a daily opportunity to seek out quotes pertaining to the monthly topic. SAVE THESE QUOTES on your phone or in a place easily accessible to you so that you can review them throughout the day. Quotes are PROGRAMS, and when we REPEAT these programs, they rewrite the subconscious programming from which we each operate, interact, and create our personal realities. A few years from now you will look back on the first time this idea was introduced to you and be INCREDIBLY grateful you saved and reviewed your favorite quotes on a consistent basis.
This workbook starts out slowly and progressively gets more empowering as you gain momentum, practice habituating common success practices, and begin to FEEL BETTER AND BETTER. I designed this workbook based upon DECADES of experiences, wisdom, and knowledge passed along to me by MANY mentors and teachers, and after THOUSANDS of hours of research that came from listening to podcasts, reading, writing MANY blogs, and reading to and listening to hundreds of books. There is so much content now available to us that it can get a bit overwhelming to know where to start. This workbook is designed to alleviate the overwhelm, saving as much time and energy as possible that would be spent sifting through what MIGHT be the MOST helpful information and getting right to the basics. Having done this work, I now want to share with you the most useful, best, and the most inspiring habits, practices, beliefs, perspectives, along with the sources of information, podcasts, books, and teachers that have inspired and empowered ME the most. EVERYTHING we learn is an opportunity to upgrade a certain aspect of our human self, and ANY upgrade can and will result in a more enjoyable life experience.
I believe it is possible that the #1 MOST IMPORTANT THING WE CAN UPGRADE IN ORDER TO CREATE THE MOST BEAUTIFUL AND OPTIMAL LIFE EXPERIENCE POSSIBLE is our own SELF IMAGE. This workbook will empower you to do just that. In fact, month one will be focused on SELF IMAGE, and on discovering where our current beliefs of self are from, and how we can, as individuals, improve, upgrade, up-level, and optimize them.
I want to be transparent about one thing: I DO NOT want to HELP you. I want to EMPOWER you with the tools, knowledge, wisdom, and sources of information with which YOU CAN HELP YOURSELF. I do not know what is best for you, better than YOU do. ONLY YOU know how you feel, where you are at in THIS moment, and WHERE YOU WANT TO GET TO. I have simply experimented with as many things as possible and will continue to do so for the rest of my life, and seek only to share what has been MOST useful and effective for ME, offering them as suggestions. I hope you choose to use this workbook to begin doing the same for yourself, IMMEDIATELY. YOU ARE WORTH IT.
Years ago, after my third marriage ended, I came across a quote I love: I NEVER WANTED YOU TO SAVE ME. I JUST WANTED YOU BY MY SIDE AS I LEARNED TO PRACTICE SAVING MYSELF. With this workbook, and as part of a social, online community, it is my intention to remain by your side as YOU learn to practice and progressively get better and better at HELPING AND SAVING YOURSELF.

I don’t only want to teach you how to fish so you can feed yourself for a lifetime. I want to teach you how to fish, feed and save yourself, amass wealth from an overflow of what you “catch,” create abundance, build boats, erect a manufacturing plant, design and set up a distribution and transportation business that will reach every city and town on the planet, and provide an overflow of food, wealth, and abundance not only for yourself, but also for everyone you know, care for, or may employ, as well as everyone you reach. Why think small, when EVERY ONE OF US was created to DREAM BIG, then learn how to manifest our dreams into this physical reality? WE ARE CREATORS.
I believe that EVERYONE has SOMETHING to teach us if we are able to begin identifying as a LEARNER. No matter how much we know, THERE WILL ALWAYS BE SOMETHING MORE TO LEARN. If we become hungry to learn how OTHERS have become successful at ANYTHING we desire to be successful at, WE CAN DO IT, TOO. Other people who have experienced life to the fullest, and who chose to experiment with everything they possibly could in order to learn how to optimize THEIR lives, have left road maps for us to follow. Many of them have condensed DECADES of the knowledge and wisdom they acquired into books, recordings, and podcasts. Many of them tell their stories of what they overcame and went through in order to optimize aspects of THEIR lives, and WE can choose to use their experiences, knowledge, and wisdom as a survival guide, or a road map, and learn from them some of the beliefs, practices, perspectives, and habits that empowered THEM the most to create the beautiful life they created. EVERY life is a beautiful opportunity to learn how to better create our own, personal reality, and with limited time, the sooner we decide to commit to this, the better off we will be, all along the way.

Jim Rohn taught: FOR THINGS TO CHANGE, YOU HAVE TO CHANGE. FOR THINGS TO GET BETTER, YOU HAVE TO GET BETTER. FOR THINGS TO IMPROVE, YOU HAVE TO IMPROVE. WHEN YOU GROW, EVERYTHING IN YOUR LIFE GROWS WITH YOU.

It is through learning how to practice and get progressively better at SELF-discipline and SELF-control that we expand out of hopelessness, anxiety, suicidal ideation, darkness, and feelings of worthlessness and defeat, into an upgraded, more capable, and wiser version of our SELF. We continue to learn to become BETTER CREATORS of our personal realities as we continue to learn.

We are all unique individuals, identifying as separate because we see our bodies as separate from one another, but I believe it is possible that WHAT we all TRULY ARE is an identical energy source best described as light and love, and as we consistently practice reconnecting to this Source, through some of the practices explained in this workbook, the answers and inspiration we need the most will come to us and empower us to up-level the enjoyment we feel and the power and wisdom we have to create more beautifully with.

We cannot jump from the bottom of a staircase to the top, and there is not JUST ONE WAY to GET to the top of the staircase! We can climb it, one step at a time, which is how this workbook operates, starting out slowly, and then picking up momentum. We can also choose to look around and discover escalators or an elevator. We can work to accumulate wealth and pay for a helicopter ride to the top. We can take advantage of the opportunity to climb up the side with someone who has already reached the top of the staircase, and repelled back down to show others the quickest, safest way back up! There are LIMITLESS ways to the top of the staircase, and LIMITLESS STAIRCASES TO CLIMB, and it is my desire that you find which staircases to climb and which ways work the best for YOU, which leads to the most enjoyment, meaning, and fulfillment.
