The Commitment to Upgrading HABITS.

Right at the start, let us set this month’s alarm:

Each day, I will visit, read, and re-read something from The goodinthehead Habit-Hacking Challenge on the goodinthehead website, remembering that REPETITION BEGETS MASTERY.

TO KNOW AND NOT TO DO, IS NOT TO KNOW.

This month we will be upgrading our beliefs and perspectives concerning the topic of HABITS.

IT’S ALL ABOUT MOMENTUM.

To experiment with new thoughts, things, skills, knowledge, life experiences, goals, perspectives, and beliefs takes a tremendous amount of courage.  If LIMITLESS EXPANSION is the goal, we can ALWAYS BE UPGRADING.  This is an exciting, life-long commitment that will yield results we cannot now even imagine.

Answer these questions.  Write your answers with as much detail and imagination as possible:

What are the three most useful habits I have created in my life, so far?

According to where I want to be in three years, what are three habits I can work on EVERY DAY that will automatically and easily result in the outcomes I desire?

Let’s get to work!  I hope you are proud of all the incredible work you have done, so far.  You are AMAZING!  Keep going.  Keep doing what you are doing.  Strive not to let the outside distractions to pull you away from focusing on all that you DO want, and keep re-aligning and refocusing on YOU and YOUR LIMITLESS EXPANSION.

CONGRATULATIONS!  This month was, I am guessing, fairly challenging.  THAT’S A GOOD THING!  Pushing ourselves out of our comfort zones and trying or experimenting with different thins is SOPPOSED to be uncomfortable, and when we do things that make us uncomfortable, we can identify as someone WHO DOES HARD THINGS.  Doing hard things on a consistent basis builds within us credibility and confidence within ourselves, and that is ALWAYS something we could all use more of in our lives.

Going forward, what EXACTLY do you want to continue to do?  Set a daily alarm RIGHT NOW and MAKE THESE THINGS A HABIT.  This will lead us into the next month-THE POWER OF REPETITION.
