LETTING GO AND RE-IDENTIFICATION OF SELF

This idea was of great interest to me:

There is an energy that flows up through the chakras and out of the body, then back into it, in the measurable shape of a toroidal sphere. WE ARE THAT ENERGY, which animates the body for a human experience. Think of the body as a virtual reality suit we get to use for a human experience.

When we repress our emotions for long periods of time, our chakra centers get pinched tighter and tighter, not allowing the energy we are to flow freely through them. This is when illness and injury occurs.

START JOURNALING. START SPEAKING YOUR TRUTH. START UPGRADING BELIEFS. START RAGE-SCREAMING INTO A PILLOW. START DANCING. Start doing ANYTHING and EVERYTHING to feel through your emotions, and as you feel them, it will become progressively easier to LET IT GO. At that point, the chakra systems will open back up, allowing the divine, eternal energy you are to flow freely through and around the body, and allowing the body to physically heal and begin working more optimally.

It is interesting to imagine how this energy flow and the quality of it affects our personal experiences, and even MORE interesting to imagine how the quality of our energy we constantly emit influences or affects the energy fields of those around us!

What we think about and choose to focus upon repeatedly, BECOMES OUR ENERGETIC IMPRINT we project onto the virtual universe we are all interacting within. The vibrational frequency we emit, in accordance with how we are thinking and feeling, attracts ALL things like unto it, and repels everything that doesn’t align with it. WE ARE 100% RESPONSIBLE for our thoughts, our focus, our beliefs, our habits, and therefore, EVERY result of our lives.

WHAT TO LET GO OF:

I let go of the illusion of control of other people, things, situations, and circumstances. EVERYTHING unfolds PERFECTLY, as IT needs to, for the greater good of the Collective Whole AT ALL TIMES, DESPITE our best efforts to control it into being what WE want it to be. HOMEOSTASIS and BALANCE, therefore, is ALWAYS occurring.

I let go of ALL of which I have been programmed with since birth.

I let go of all outcomes, ideas, beliefs, feelings, wants, needs, desires, and dreams.

I let go of all the judgements, criticisms, condemnation, guilt, dissatisfaction, and shame of this human experience.

I let go of the need for, or ideas of, progress of ANY kind.

I let go of ALL the anger, bitterness, rage, frustration, and fears for ALL generations, and I alchemize it into perfect, eternal, unconditional love.

I let go of the need for acceptance, love, and appreciation of others.

I let go of ALL opinions of others, both good and bad.

I let go of the need to be seen ANY certain way.

I let go of the need for validation of worth from others.

I let go of ALL expectations, for EXPECTATIONS ARE THE MOTHER OF ALL DISAPPOINTMENTS.

THE ONLY THING FASTER THAN THE SPEED OF LIGHT IS THE SPEED OF LOVE, FOR LOVE IS QUANTUM ENTANGLEMENT. We are FOREVER quantumly entangled in LOVE.

Expectations are a filter through which we judge. UNEXPRESSED expectations are PREMEDITATED RESENTMENTS.

As we let go of EVERYTHING, and reconnect and realign with our TRUE NATURE, re-identifying with, through, and AS ALL THAT IS, we are not DOING, WE ARE BEING DONE, and it ALL unfolds PERFECTLY.

ALL THINGS COME THROUGH US, not TO us. WE ALREADY ARE ALL THAT WE SEEK while in human form.

We are 100% responsible for the INTERNAL, PERSONAL IDENTITY AND REALITY WE CREATE, MANIFEST, AND ATTRACT, BEFORE WE PROJECT IT INTO EXISTENCE. EVERYTHING IS AN INSIDE JOB FIRST.

WE PROJECT ALL THAT WE BELIEVE WE ARE, AND BY SO DOING WE RENDER OUR REALITY.

LETTING GO SETS US FREE, and connects us to our Source Energy and pure consciousness.

Letting go creates the optimum environment for the BEST possible outcomes and solutions. It allows us to truly BE healing.

NO JUDGEMENTS, NO CRITICISMS. LET GO AND LET BE.

I ALLOW IT ALL TO UNFOLD EXACTLY AS IT IS: PERFECTION.

I think it is HIGHLY likely that we are living inside of a sacred, geometrically perfected HOLOGRAM, where EVERYTHING is an illusion WE PROJECT, both individually AND COLLECTIVELY, as ONE.

We are IN ALL THAT IS, and ALL THAT IS, is inside US. INSIDE EVERY ATOM, MOLECULE, ORGANELLE, AND CELL exists ALL THAT IS, just like in a hologram.

When we FEEL, we HEAL. We can choose to feel EVERYTHING, then LET IT GO.

Letting go is how we alchemize EVERYTHING into perfect, eternal, everlasting, unconditional LOVE. ENERGY FLOWS WHERE ATTENTION GOES, AND SO I CHOOSE TO ONLY FOCUS UPON WHAT I WANT TO EXPERIENCE MORE OF.

EACH OF US ARE AN EXTENSION OF SOURCE ENERGY, and as such, ANYTHING and EVERYTHING we choose to focus upon consistently becomes our truth, through The Law of Attraction..

I LET GO OF THE BELIEF THAT ANYONE NEEDS TO BE ANYTHING LIKE ME. EVERYONE IS EXACTLY WHERE THEY NEED TO BE.

EVERYTHING IS PERFECT EXACTLY AS IT IS-BALANCED AND HARMONIOUS.

NO JUDGEMENT, NO CRITICISM. LET GO AND LET BE.

When we breathe and align with our DIVINE NATURE, WE ARE HEALING, and we release the trapped energies and RESERVOIRS OF RAGE within us, FOREVER, and we melt into LOVE.

WE ARE ONE AS ALL THAT IS. WE ARE ALL PART OF THE ONE WHOLE, ENERGETICALLY AND VIBRATIONALLY.

LETTING GO ALLOWS THE DIVINE, ETERNAL ENERGY THAT WE ARE to FLOW FREELY through these bodies, or these SOUL PODS, which we temporarily inhabit, resulting in perfect health.

This life is the ULTIMATE VIRTUAL REALITY EXPERIENCE for experiential learning.

October 25: THE LAW OF ATTRACTION

In my studies of The Law of Attraction over the years, I have come across a LOT of information, and ALL of it has been INCREDIBLY USEFUL.

The books and works I have found MOST useful to pull from for information on what The Law of Attraction is and how to use it in my ow, personal, creative process are THE SECRET, by Rhonda Byrne (both the movie and the book,) REALITY TRANSURFING, by Vadim Zeland, and EVERYTHING I have been able to find by Jerry and Esther Hicks, or the work of Abraham Hicks.

Out of the LIMITLESS possibilities of information you could have found today, you are reading THIS, NOW. Do not think it is a coincidence. Take it as a nudge from The Universe to look into these things for yourself, and prepare to be AMAZED at the limitless opportunities before you of information you can use EVERY MOMENT OF EVERY DAY to get into and remain in alignment with what you TRULY ARE, as you continue to create and up-level EVERY ASPECT of your human existence in the most beautiful ways possible!

I highly recommend listening to it watching content from the sources above. Take notes. Remain open and become inspired to up-level EVERY aspect of your existence. Ask yourself OFTEN: HOW CAN I USE THIS INFORMATION TO UPGRADE MY FINANCES, MY EMOTIONS, MY SPIRITUALITY, MY PHYSICAL WELL-BEING, AND MY RELATIONSHIP TO MYSELF AND WITH OTHERS?

Below are some notes of ideas that have come to me while listening to Abraham Hicks on YouTube.

INSIGHTS FROM ABRAHAM

-The ONLY problem we have as humans is MALFUNCTION IN THINKING.  When we up-level our thinking, shift our perspectives, and update our beliefs, and CONTINUE TO DO SO ALWAYS, miracles begin to unravel…

-We have been programmed since birth to care more about people’s responses to us than to our own, inner voice and inner connection.  Parents, a lover, the government, and society in general may be well-meaning in doing so, but sooner or later it becomes necessary to ALIGN.

-We are each extensions of Source Energy, all of us being of the same, exact energy.  What differentiates us in this human experience is the vibrational and magnetic frequencies at which we resonate that energy, through how we think and feel.

-Our PURPOSE is to reflect and reveal The Infinite.

-ANYTHING you consistently give your attention to will become your truth. 

-YOU GET WHAT YOU FEEL.

-Physical pain is nothing but RESISTENCE.  Pain is the physical manifestation of emotional or vibrational blockage.  The energy is blocked where the body is physically WEAKEST, and we only feel the physical manifestation of pain when we block the energy by resisting.  To end the pain, all we need to do is get back into alignment with what we truly are-divine, eternal, limitless, Source Energy.  Would you rather RELAX yourself into alignment, or have SURGERY back into alignment?

-We block our energy when we worry about the things we can do nothing about, when we take on the problems of the world, when we feel resentful towards others for ANY reason, and we set ourselves up for PAIN.  Letting go of the need for others to conform to what WE want, and allowing them to do their own thing, and focusing ONLY on doing OUR own thing, allows the energy to flow freely and not get stuck and cause pain.  Only the medical industrial complex of our current “health care” system profits from us being “sick” or “in pain.”  Illness and pain are GIFTS, indicating we are out of alignment.

-PAIN IS AN ATTENTION-GRABBER, A GIFT, ONE WE CAN CHOOSE TO BE GRATEFUL FOR, for had it not manifested, we may not have learned how to let go and let be, thereby releasing all of the blocked energies in our bodies and living out the rest of our lives in a much better feeling state.  THERE IS NO SOURCE OF PAIN.  There is only the ALLOWING or the DISALLOWING of WELL BEING, WHOLENESS, AND PERFECT HEALTH.

-WE CAN ALWAYS TALK OURSELVES INTO A BETTER FEELING PLACE:  NOTHING IS BROKEN AND NOTHING NEEDS TO BE FIXED.  THIS WORLD IS BIG ENOUGH FOR EVERYBODY TO DO THEIR OWN THING.  I WORRY LESS ABOUT THINGS.  I NO LONGER SWEAT THE SMALL STUFF, AND IT TURNS OUT THAT IT IS ALL SMALL STUFF.  I AM GIVING MYSELF THE BREAK I’VE NEEDED FOR A LONG TIME.  I AM APPRECIATING EVERY CHANCE I GET.  I AM REACHING FOR THE BEST FEELING THOUGHTS THAT I HAVE ACCESS TO.  I CONTINUOUSLY TALK MYSELF INTO FEELING BETTER ABOUT MOST THINGS.  LITTLE BY LITTLE, I AM FINDING RELIEF ABOUT ALL THAT IS, AND BY SO DOING, NOT ONLY MY BODY FEELS BETTER, BUT I AM FEELING BETTER.  I AM STARTING TO LIKE ME MORE.  I AM STARTING TO LAUGH MORE.  I LOVE MORE.  NICER PEOPLE ARE COMING AROUND ME.  I AM HAPPY THINGS HAPPEN TO ME, FOR I REALIZE IT IS ALL HAPPENING FOR ME.  IF ALL THAT HAPPENS TO ME HADN’T HAPPENED, I WOULD NOT HAVE LEARNED HOW TO PRACTICE FEELING BETTER MORE OFTEN AND LEARNED HOW TO NAVIGATE LIFE MORE BEAUTIFULLY.

-Dissatisfaction, unmet expectations, resentment, hatred, unexpressed anger, repressed rage, hopelessness, poor beliefs, and negative perspectives, are ALL reasons that the Source Energy we are, which flows through our bodies and constantly animates them, gets blocked and causes physical pain AS AN INDICATOR THAT SOMETHING IS OFF, and that WE NEED TO PRACTICE LETTING GO.

-Manifestations do not follow power.  They do not follow money.  MANIFESTATIONS FOLLOW VEBRATIONAL FREQUENCIES THAT ARE IN ALIGNMENT WITH THEM.  Focus ONLY on what brings feelings of joy, peace, light, and love, then watch as ONLY that which is in vibrational alignment with these things MANIFEST.

-It is the self-narrative THAT WE FEEL INTO and think about most that manifests.  To manifest the most beautiful personal reality EVER, CONTINUOUSLY upgrade your self narrative and your personal reality will race to match it.

-When we fight something, we activate and energize it with our attention.  Too much attention leads to momentum in a direction we don’t even want.  Pay attention to what you are paying attention to, and gradually and methodically shift ALL of it to ONLY what you DO want and love.

-TRUE attractiveness and TRUE beauty begins within, as a magnetized and vibrational energy that corelates with our thoughts and feelings, shining progressively more brightly and beautifully out our eyes.  If we want things to get better for us, WE must get better.  If we want to draw in more attractive and beautiful people, WE MUST BECOME MORE ATTRACTIVE AND BEAUTIFUL.

-Meditation is an opportunity to allow your Inner Being to teach your alignment.  As we let go of ALL that which we think we need to be, and reconnect with the ONENESS we truly are, we achieve alignment.  Remaining aligned while in human form is the secret and the challenge.  It is a practice that we can AUTOMATE.  

-WHEN WE WIN THE MORNING, WE WIN THE ENTIRE DAY!  This is because directly after waking up is the time we offer the least amount of resistance, and that which we choose to focus on, first thing in the morning, is the thing that will start gaining the most momentum the fastest.  Being intentional with our focus, first thing after waking up each morning, is how we win the days, the weeks, the months, and the years.

-The Law of Attraction does not improve our life.  Its only job is to amplify the life we already have got going on.  If we want The Law of Attraction to CHANGE our lives, WE must change.  We must change our point of attraction through our consistent, chosen, intentional thinking and what we focus on.

-There is no ONE WAY of “right living.”  There are SO MANY ways.

-Most of us guide ourselves based upon what others think, or what others want for us.  A RE-IDENTIFICATION PROCESS IS NECESSARY, eventually, and it is 100% up to US, when to do it and how that goes.  (READ PSYCHO-CYBERNETICS)

-QUESTION:  How can I define my current circumstances, here and now, is a way that empowers me to FEEL GOOD and activate The Law of Attraction at the vibrational frequency that naturally and easily brings everything I want and desire into my current reality?

-There is NO reason to NOT be in the zone, and fully aligned, at ALL times.  ALIGNMENT IS A HABIT.  FOCUS IS A HABIT.  Get to work.

-WORLD PEACE is none of your business.  The ONLY peace you will EVER have control over is your OWN peace, within. 

-WALK AWAY from others who say, “You need to be different so I can be happy!”

-EXPECTATION is the marriage between DESIRE and BELIEF.  It can ALSO be a premeditated resentment.  To expect something from the Universe or Self offers up a different vibrational energy than expecting something from someone else.  Expectations between humans can be dangerous, but expectations between the physical and nonphysical can be MAGICAL.

-When we THINK A THOUGHT, EVERYTHING that is a vibrational match to that thought and how it makes us feel is then activated and projected onto the screen of life.  It is a PROGRESSIVE projection, thankfully, and doesn’t IMMEDIATELY MANIFEST, but WE ENERGIZE WHAT WE FOCUS ON.  BE INTENTIONAL.

-WE CANNOT CHANGE WHAT HAPPENED IN THE PAST, BUT WE CAN CHANGE OUR RELATIONSHIP WITH WHAT HAPPENED IN THE PAST.  We can choose to reconcile the dysfunctional relationships with the past and the future through the practice of PRESENCE, and REMAINING ALWAYS IN THE HERE AND NOW.  To think of the past is to bring it to the present moment and energize and activate it with our attention to it.  Many times, our current identity is such that we sustain and recreate the WHO we think we are or need to pretend to be to protect ourselves from what has happened in the past, and in so doing we remain the same personality.  Showing up as our TRUE self, an extension of Source Energy, fearless, limitless, eternal, and divine, empowers us to re-self-identify in a way that we can be fully present in the now.  We can choose to stop using our history to define us today.

-How we create our reality:

Through observation, we pay attention to various, limitless things.  The things we pay MOST attention to (PAY) are expanded energetically and vibrationally through us, and they expand.  As they expand, more and more people give THEIR time, energy, and attention to these things, and they expand EXPONENTIALLY, becoming a collective reality we are ALL creating and projecting.  ONLY PAY ATTENTION TO WHAT YOU WANT TO EXPERIENCE MORE OF.

-WE CREATE OUR REALITIES THROUGH OUR EMOTIONAL RESPONSES.  

If ever there is something you do NOT want to experience more of, TURN YOUR ATTENTION AWAY FROM IT, and refocus only on what you DO want to experience more of, and it will have NO choice or option to expand in your reality, and by The Law of Attraction it MUST exit your personal reality.  All things are like a plant, and need nutrition, and water to survive.  Starve a plant, it dies.  Take your attention away from a thought, a person, a thing, a circumstance, or a situation, and your attention will automatically be placed ELSWHERE, thereby starving the things you DON’T want to experience more of, and they shall die and disappear. 

All we have to do to create our reality is LOOK at something and OBSERVE it, then fall into the habit of thinking about it, talking about it, pondering on it, fussing and worrying about it, join online chat groups about it, read books and blogs about it, visit websites about it, watch tik tock videos about it, and then the Universe knocks itself to make you and EXPERT about it, because that is the way The Law of Attraction works.

-We can control the way we FEEL because we can GUIDE THE DIRECTION OF OUR THOUGHTS.  HOW we think about all we perceive dictates how we will feel.  UPGRADING PERSPECTIVE AUTOMATICALLY UPGRADES HOW WE THINK ABOUT THINGS AND HOW WE FEEL.

-How much time do you spend each day focusing upon and thinking about your DREAM?  To spend just 15 minutes focused on and thinking about it, talking about it, researching it, writing about it, cutting it out of magazines, or saving pictures about it on your phone is to magnify momentum EXPONENTIALLY and bring it about much more quickly.

-ALWAYS be shifting your perspective towards the path of least resistance, the path that will lead to a higher vibration and a better state of feeling.

-Fascinating how our issues are OURS, and we project onto others that which will instill within THEM a natural desire to poke at our deepest fears and trigger those very issues.  WE ARE THE PROBLEM.  WE ARE IN OUR OWN WAY.  When we identify and work on our issues, work on how we self-identify, practice healing through them and no longer being triggered by them and projecting our fears onto others and instilling within them the natural desire to bring about what we fear the most, MIRACLES BEGIN TO UNFOLD.  KNOW THYSELF.

–To deactivate a point of attraction we do not think about deactivating it, but rather, WE ACTIVATE ANOTHER POINT OF ATTRACTION.  Simply turning our focus from one thing to another is to deactivate the one and activate the other.

-The best way to practice alignment, which activates and empowers The Law of Attraction, is to SOOTH OURSELVES INTO ALIGNMENT.  We do this by thinking, saying, and doing things that feel peaceful and good to us.  Affirmations, mantras, visualizations, listening to music, eating good food and savoring every bite, exercise, smelling good smells, meditation, reading, foot rubs-THE POSSIBILITIES ARE ENDLESS.  Sooth yourself into alignment.

-The better we feel, the more intensely The Law of Attraction is activated, and the sooner and quicker what we DO want is manifested into our reality.  CHOOSE TO FEEL GOOD ALL THE TIME.  DESIGN THE DAY TO WIN EACH MORNING AND CREATE MOMENTUM IN THE TRAJECTORY OF FEELING GOOD ALL DAY LONG.

-Remembering my true identity, and systematically re-identifying as an extension of Source Energy, reminds me that I AM ALL THAT IS, and I not only DESERVE every good thing imaginable, but I am fully capable of creating ANYTHING and EVERYTHING I could ever desire after.  This planet is a VIBRATIONAL experience, first and foremost, and EVERYTHING comes from the INSIDE out, not the other way around.

-EVERYTHING we FEEL is an indicator of how we have expanded vibrationally.  PROGRESS is the name of the game.  KEEP EXPANDING.

-The idea behind, “THE PATH OF LEAST RESISTANCE,” is all about MOMENTUM.  Doing things that are fun, light, and easy, that offer no or little resistance starts the momentum.  Bumping up against ANYTHING along the way slows or stops the momentum, then we have to start all over.  Just keep slowly, methodically, strategically, and intentionally choosing The Path of Least Resistance. 

-When we talk LESS about what is, and MORE about what we desire, THAT IS WHAT WILL MANIFEST.

-It is the ACTIVE VIBRATION WITHIN US that is the filter through which we think, feel, see things, interpret things, and react to all situations, people, things, and circumstances.  To up-level our active vibration, or our point of attraction, is EASY!  We simply need to DO IT.

-What others keep showing us is the part in them that is most active in OUR vibration.  All we can see in others is WHO WE are.  It is what others show us and how we react with or to them THAT IS THE MOST ACTIVE PART OF OUR INNER VIBRATION.  If we are loving, kind, generous, peaceful, and happy, OTHERS WILL ACTIVATE THAT IN US IN ALL THEY DO AND WE WILL RESPOND IN KIND.  If we are bitter, resentful, angry, filled with rage, and expectant, OTHERS WILL ACTIVATE THAT IN US IN ALL THEY DO AND WE WILL REACT IN KIND.

-FEELING BAD is simply the result in no allowing things to flow, pinching connection with Source Energy of through resistance, and not being in alignment in the moment of NOW.  RECONNECT.  ALLOW.  BEGIN AGAIN.

-Everything we EARN has LITTLE to do with ACTION, and MUCH to do with OUR VIBRATIONAL ALIGNMENT.  Action depends upon vibrational alignment.  We EARN with our ATTITUDE.  We EARN with our MOOD.  We EARN with our MINDSET.  EARNING AND RECEIVING have NOTHING to do with a college education, a degree, or a job.  Our job isn’t the only source of income available to us.

-Until we find a new way of seeing things, and adopt a new perspective, nothing will shift within us.  A perspective shift will shift our inner alignment and vibration, which can ONLY produce alternate realities and results within our outer world.

IF YOU CANNOT SHIFT YOUR PERSPECTIVE THEN YOUR EXPERIENCE WILL NOT CHANGE.

The eternally empowering, creative question is THIS:  IS THIS SOMETHING I WANT TO ACTIVATE AND ENERGIZE?  IS THIS IN ALIGNMENT WITH WHAT I WANT MORE OF?  ANY topic of conversation, any subject, any commercial, any movie, any book, any podcast, and ANY THING we observe, has the ability and opportunity to catch our attention and allow us the opportunity to throw ourselves out of vibrational alighment.  ASK IT OFTEN:  IS THIS SOMETHING I WANT TO ACTIVATE AND ENERGIZE?  IS THIS IN ALIGNMENT WITH WHAT I WANT MORE OF?  

Most of us set our tuner, or align our inner vibrational frequency, TO WHAT WE OBSERVE.  When we begin to practice emitting the frequency of what we DO want to consistently align with and attract, rather than receiving a frequency from what we are observing in the moment, MAGIC UNFOLDS.  Life becomes progressively easier and more beautiful.

Rather than judging the source of the words you are hearing, glean as much wisdom as you can from the words!  Listen to everything, and keep what works for you!  To not listen to something because you don’t agree with how someone came by the words is to set yourself up for a life FILLED with the potential for DISASTERS. 

IF YOU CAN ACCEPT THE PROSPERITY THAT YOUR INNER BEING ALREADY IS, THEN YOU CAN BE THE RECEPTIVE TRANSLATOR OF THAT VIBRATIONAL PROSPERITY INTO THE MANIFESTATION OF WHAT YOU WANT.

FREEDOM means to have and maintain the ability to emit and transmit ONLY the vibrational frequency of Source Energy from within REGARDLESS of what is being observed through the senses and the outside world. 

We do not solve problems by discussing or focusing upon the problem.  WE SOLVE PROBLEMS BY BEING IN ALIGNMENT AND LISTENING TO OUR INTUITION AND ACTING UPON IT IMMEDIATELY.

DAILY HABIT: “There are MANY things in my life working out for me.  For example:”  When we focus upon what we DO want, and what we DO love, and what IS working out for us, WE DEACTIVATE WHAT WE DO NOT WANT, LOVE, OR WHAT IS NOT WORKING OUT FOR US.  It all comes down to FOCUS.

RESISTANCE RESULTS IN ILLNESS.  Let go and go with the flow. 

Repeating the belief, “THINGS ARE ALWAYS WORKING OUT FOR ME,” allows the subconscious mind and the RAS to go to work on proving that to be true, and soon, ALL that we recognize is HOW THINGS ARE CONSTANTLY WORKING OUT FOR US.  Try it!

EXPECTATION IN THE MARRIEAGE BETWEEN DESIRE AND BELIEF.  UNEXPRESSED EXPECTATIONS, OR ILL-EXPRESSED AND POORLY ARTICULATED EXPECTATIONS ARE PREMEDITATED RESENTMENTS. 

When it comes to the Universe, WE GET WHAT WE EXPECT.  When it comes to humans, express and articulate your expectations, then let go of them and accept what they are capable of without criticism or judgement, believing they are doing their very best.

The BEST way to teach is to TEACH TO THE CLARITY OF YOUR EXAMPLE.

We are CONSTANTLY creating the gap between what is manifested and what is in the process of being manifested.  Our ONLY job is to get out of the way by remaining in alignment and feeling good, all the time.

What is manifested and what is in the process of being manifested.

The Universe does not respond to our WORDS, but rather to HOW WE FEEL.

Here is an interesting question:  HOW PLEASURABLE CAN THE PAST BE?  Can we create a current timeline of our lives, then write down and highlight all of the POSITIVE points and happenings that altered the trajectory of our lives in useful ways?

Some of us WANT discomfort in order to prove our worthiness.  Some of us are so solid in our expectations and believe that we are LOVED, that wonderful things naturally and easily flow to us continuously, and we are no longer needing to mess things up and self-sabotage in order to prove our own worthiness or unworthiness. THERE IS NO VIRTUE IN A HARD RIDE.  THERE IS NO UPSIDE TO FEELING DOWN.

“IT IS OKAY FOR YOU TO WANT EVERYTHING, BUT FOR ME, IT IS NOT OKAY FOR YOU TO EXPECT ME TO BE YOUR ONLY SOURCE OF PROSPERITY AND GIVE YOU EVERYTHING.”  -Remember this response to Murphy at Barnes and Noble when you didn’t want to buy even MORE gifts for her on Princess Day, of, “I am going to teach you NOT to always get what you want immediately, because that makes life BORING.”

The present moment is a manifested projection of the vibrational frequencies of the past ways we have been thinking and feeling.  BE HERE NOW.  FULL presence is a state of being in constant alignment, and when we are aligned we naturally and easily manifest projections of EVERY DESIRE, HOPE, WISH, AND DREAM.

DRAMA causes us to FOCUS.  Sometimes we are bored or feeling low.  Drama may cause certain people to feel better than they do when at their normal emotional baseline, and so they create situations that result in drama, causing them to feel better than they normally do.  That is great for them, but beware these people.  You do not need to allow them unlimited access to your vibrational energy, or ANY access, for that matter.  PROTECT YOUR PEACE.

At ANY moment in time, we can ask, “WHAT IS GOING RIGHT, RIGHT NOW?”  This shifts our perspective and brings the AWESOME observations of the recent past into the current moment, and provides momentum for the present and near future to match that same vibrational energy and feeling state of ONLY things that go RIGHT.

This life is a CLASSROOM, not a COURTROOM.

EVERYTHING in our lives is currently present within our lives because of our own vibrational invitation.

GRATITUDE ACTIVATES ABUNDANCE.  THE MORE GRATITUDE WE PRACTICE, THE MORE ABUNDANCE WE ACTIVATE.

Start EVERYTHING with WHAT IS GOING RIGHT, before making a list of things to do.  Every conversation, every meeting, every morning, list EVERYTHING that is going RIGHT.  Activate THAT feeling place, that vibrational frequency of success, that aligned way of being-THEN get to work.

THE GIFT AND POWER OF IMMEDIATE MANIFESTATION IS EARNED, through consistent practice of control over our thoughts, words, actions, reactions, responses, and interactions with EVERY situation, circumstance, thing, and person.

WHEN WE THINK ABOUT WHAT WE WANT AND WHY WE WANT IT, we almost ALWAYS get into the receiving mode.

HOW DO WE IMMEDIATELY GET INTO THE RECEIVING MODE?  THINK ABOUT WHAT YOU WANT AND WHY YOU WANT IT.  Make it a daily practice right before bed and create a mind movie or a folder on your phone of EVERYTHING you want.  Know WHY you want it, and what you will do and how you will feel in your possession.  Experience it in the here and now, and by so doing become its energetic match. 

The BIGGEST part of us is VIBRATIONAL ENERGY.  We are VIBRATIONAL GIANTS, crammed into a human body for a human experience.  TRUE ALIGNMENT DOES NOT COME THROUGH THE PHYSICAL EXPERIENCE.  When we align vibrationally, the most efficient, effective, useful, and best PHYSICAL actions are called into alignment with our true nature as Source Energy.  WHEN IN ALIGNMENT WE REACT, COMMUNICATE, AND CREATE BETTER.  We simply make better decisions.

Before we receive ANYTHING, THERE IS NO PRICE TO BE PAID.  There is only calibration that needs to occur, a realignment with Source.

The success we seek doesn’t come from people, circumstances, or things, but rather from the inner peace that is the result of constant alignment with, through, and AS Source Energy.

Our judgements and opinions of others GREATLY affects our point of attraction.  Choose, instead, satisfaction, the belief that they are honestly doing their best, gratitude, and an intentional supportive stance towards them.  They cannot affect our point of attraction in ANYTHING they think, say, or do.  WE affect our point of attraction in how we choose to perceive of them, think of them, and believe about them.  PERSPECTIVES MATTER.  MAKE A LIST OF ALL THE POSITIVE ASPECTS about them.  Get into alignment.

UNCONDITIONAL LOVE is remaining in alignment with Source Energy DESPITE ANY CONDITIONS.

WE CHOOSE OUR ORIENTATION.  Emotionally, spiritually, and in every way, we choose which direction we want to start creating momentum in.

ANGER offers an opportunity for connection, while depression and despair do not.  ANGER IS BETTER THAN DEPRESSION.

One of the most empowering and freeing beliefs:  NOTHING HAS TO BE ANY CERTAIN WAY FOR ME TO FEEL ANY CERTAIN WAY.  NOTHING outside of me dictates how I feel on the inside because nothing on the outside requires my opinion or reaction.

IT IS OUR FEELING STATE THAT ALLOWS AND PERPETUATES OUR PERCEPTIONS.  We cannot see things as beautiful until we first FEEL beautifully.  We cannot see things as good until we first FEEL good.  Make a list of EVERYTHING that puts you into a feeling good state, and consistently ONLY practice things from this list.

When we are asleep, momentum is stopped, and beliefs are suspended.  Every time we awaken, we are offered the opportunity to either remember our thoughts from the day before and make those our beliefs, and assume the same identity, OR we can choose to think different thoughts repeatedly, and intentionally re-identify as we WANT to, and expand into that new identity and way of being.

Our senses are fooling us into the illusion of separateness.  The reality is, we can only perceive a very limited amount of information with these human bodies, and in reality, we are all ONE. 

There is not enough effort in the world that can compensate for what alignment can do in comparison.  We all have 24 hours a day, in which the Effort Factor is SO limited.  Hard work and effort is limited, while vibrational alignment is LIMITLESSNESS.

Of EVERY thought, ask this question:  CAN I REMAIN IN ALIGHMENT WHILE THINKING THIS THOUGHT?  How does thinking this make me FEEL?  Who cares if it is TRUE???  HOW DOES IT FEEL?

OUR BELIEFS EQUAL OUR POINT OF ATTRACTION.  WE ATTRACT WHAT WE CHOOSE TO BELIEVE.  Want a better lifestyle?  Upgrade your beliefs in accordance with that lifestyle!  Think of yourself as worthy and ready of the lifestyle and do the work to allow it to happen.

Our word that exit our mouths are the indicators of our subconscious beliefs.  How do we reprogram our subconscious beliefs to align with what we DO want, and ONLY with what we do want?  See Bruce Lipton.  REPETITION, HYPNOSIS, ETC. 

WE CAN ONLY ATTRACT, MANIFEST, CREATE, PROJECT AND ENJOY THAT WHICH IN CONGRUENCE WITH OUR SUBCONSCIOUS BELIEFS.  What we WANT doesn’t matter if we don’t believe in it AT A SUBCONSCIOUS LEVEL.

A belief is simply your most practiced, repeated thought.  It is a choice, until it becomes a HABIT.  When a thought is habituated, it is in the subconscious mind, and WE CREATE 95% OF OUR PERSONAL REALITIES FROM OUR SUBCONSCIOUS MIND.  Want a different life?  THINK DIFFERENT THOUGHTS.

Many times, our beliefs actually come from what we THINK we are taught, our PERCEPTIONS OF WHAT WE THINK we are being told.  We misperceive MOST of what others are trying to convey, and can only conceptualize it and interpret it all through the personal filters of our current belief systems.

The only benefit to being OUTSIDE the vortex is the degree to which it makes you want to be back INSIDE it.  The only benefit to experiencing sadness, hopelessness, and depression is the degree to which these things make you want to experience the OPPOSITE emotions.

The rhetoric we enjoy is NOT our friend.  The constant, insistent, non-stop talking that is going on in our head needs to be silenced so we can listen, hear, and re-align.

MATTER IS VIBRATION PERCIEVED.   Matter is vibration REALIZED.  To CREATE matter is to VIBRATE FIRST in accordance with the vibration of the matter you desire to create.  To OVSERVE or JUDGE matter already created is to perpetuate, strengthen, energize, and re-create it.  ENERGY FLOWS WHERE ATTENTION GOES.  DON’T REGURGITATE MATTER.  BE A CREATOR.  BE A PERCIEVER OF THE NEW.

WE PROJECT OUR INNER PERCEPTIONS ONTO THE CANVAS OF LIFE AS ARTISTS.  THE QUALITY OF THE WORLD WE ALL LIVE IN IS A DIRECT REFLECTION OF THE INNER PERCEPTION OF THE COLLECTIVE WHOLE, AS WELL AS THE REACTIONS TO OUTER PERCEPTIONS AND OBSERVATIONS OF THE COLLECTIVE WHOLE.

THE MORE PEOPLE THAT PERCIEVE THINGS IN THE SAME OR A SIMILAR WAY, THE QUICKER THAT IS PROJECTED OUTWARDS BY ALL OF THEM ONTO THE CANVAS OF LIFE.  TO INFLUENCE PEOPLE TO SEE THINGS MORE BEAUTIFULLY FROM WITHIN IN ANY WAY (DAILY PERSPECTIVE SHIFT) IS JUST AS EFFECTIVE-IF NOT MORE EFFECTIVE-THAN THE CNN NEWS STATION PROGRAMMING EVERYONE TO ONLY OBSERVE AND PERCIEVE THE MOST AWFUL OF REALITIES, THEREBY RE-CREATING MORE OF THE SAME IN THE WORLD.  TO GET OUR MINDS BACK, MEDITATION IS THE KEY.  TO CREATE WITHIN AND PROJECT WITHOUT A MORE BEAUTIFUL, TANGIBLE REALITY, MEDITATION IS THE KEY.

THOUGHTS TURN TO THINGS AND ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE FOR YOU.  Most people limit themselves in creating things unless lots of other people are modeling how easy it is to do and so they keep their creations small.  DON’T LET YOUR BELIEF OF THE LIMITLESS POSSIBILITIES OF CREATIONS BE BASED UPON HOW MANY OTHER PEOPLE ARE DOING IT!  LET YOUR BELIEF ABOUT IT BE BASED UPON HOW MUCH AIR TIME YOU GIVE IT, HOW FAMILIAR YOU BECOME WITH IT, AND HOW EASY IT IS TO THINK THE THOUGHT BECAUSE OF HOW MUCH MOMENTUM YOU HAVE GOING ABOUT THAT THOUGHT.

We FEEL things into creation FAR more effectively and easily than ANY OTHER METHOD.  Our feelings are vibratory in nature, just like everything else, but WHEN WE FEEL GOOD ALL THE TIME, EVERYTHING WE DESIRE CANNOT HELP BUT RUSH INTO EXISTENCE TO ALIGN WITH US.  Success is something we attract by the type of person we become.

We CAN’T change conditions to find pleasure.  We CAN create pleasure and inner peace within, WHICH THEN ATTRACTS THE CONDITIONS, PEOPLE, PLACES, CIRCUMSTANCES, AND THINGS WE MOST DESIRE.

You are not alone, AND YOU NEVER HAVE BEEN.  You are not on your own, AND YOU NEVER HAVE BEEN.

“We would rather see you in a state of APPRECIATION, rather than in a state of meditation, for you DO want to go out into the world and gather data.”

We are all data gatherers for the Collective Whole.  We are all information collectors for THE GREAT I AM.

We are not here to conform.  WE ARE HERE TO CREATE.  STOP CARING WHAT OTHERS THINK and get to work. 

Our power does not come from conformity, or from being a part of a group.  OUR POWER COMES THROUGH OUR ALIGNMENT TO SOURCE.

The Law of Attraction does not respond to what we DO or DON’T want.  It responds to WHAT WE ARE FOCUSED UPON!  ONLY THINK ABOUT AND FOCUS UPON WHAT YOU DO WANT…let everything else go.  Don’t even give everything else a second thought.

Rather than participating in activities that will NEVER result in feelings of joy, peace, and bliss, ONLY PARTICIPATE IN ACTIVITIES THAT WILL, FOR YOU.  You’ll never find joy in watching CNN, counting on the government, negative conversations, criticism, gossip, or in difficult relationships.  Sure, these things will result in growth and strength, but when seeking joy, YOU KNOW WHAT TO DO.

The Law of Attraction is a law that responds to VIBRATIONAL FREQUENCIES.

THERE IS NO SOURCE OF EVIL.  There is ONLY a source of WELLBEING, and either we allow it, invite it, and attract it by what we choose to think and feel, or we FIGHT it, resist it, and chase it away through what we choose to think and feel.  WE ARE SO FREE WE CAN CHOOSE BONDAGE.  RELAX AND ALLOW THE WELLBEING.

Words do not teach.  ONLY LIFE EXPERIENCES TEACH.

We did not come here to FACE reality.  We came here to CREATE reality.

THERE ARE THINGS THAT HAPPEN WITHOUT OUR ATTENTION.  What WE choose to focus on consistently BECOMES OUR REALITY.  Let the program run how it will.  Detach from the need for anything to go any certain way.  Focus on CREATING your reality, not on OBSERVING THE REALITY OF OTHERS.

CREATIVE VISUALIZATION IS A PRACTIVE OF PLACING YOURSELF IN A VR WORLD OF YOUR OWN CHOOSING IN ORDER TO PRACTICE THE DOMINANT VIBRATION OD ALIGNMENT, ABUNDANCE, ACCEPTANCE, LOVE, WHOLENESS, AND FULFILLMENT.  Get in, feel the feelings, and get out.  

When I am NOT in alignment, I have one thing to do:  GET INTO ALIGNMENT.

MOVE ALL YOU WANT!  Just remember:  YOU WILL BE TAKING YOURSELF WITH YOU WHEREVER YOU GO.  WE CAN BE HAPPY WHEREVER WE ARE.  Wherever you go, THERE YOU ARE.

WE HAVE ALREADY CREATED EVERYTHING WE COULD EVER WANT, WISH FOR, OR HOPE FOR.  Our only job now is to align and allow.

EVERYTHING you want is waiting for you on the other side of alignment.

THOSE WHO WON’T COME WITH YOU CAN BE EASILY REPLACED.

AM I WILLING TO GIVE MYSELF PERMISSION TO HAVE WHAT I WANT???

“When we are quiet, what needs to be heard will get loud.”

WE CAME HERE TO MATERIALIZE IDEAS.  We are CREATORS.  Practice creating!

It is our attention to something that energizes it, adds momentum to it, activates it vibrationally, and perpetuates it.  If we DO NOT want to experience more of something, ALL WE HAVE TO DO IS TURN OUR ATTENTION, TIME, ENERGY, AND FOCUS TO THAT WHICH WE DO WANT TO EXPERIENCE MORE OF.  WE ARE THE CREATORS OF OUR OWN REALITIES.

We are INTERPRETERS of vibrations.  EVERYTHING we observe within the human experience is vibrational.  HOW WE INTERPRET ANY OF IT CAN BE UPGRADED AND IS MEANT TO BE EXPANSIVE.

It is our programmed and habituated disregard of our perceived self that moves us out of alignment.  SELF-JUDGEMENT and SELF-UNACCEPTANVE are enemies to creation.  REMEMBER YOUR DIVINITY.

“A thought is a comprehension of a vibration.”  Neurons are the antenna and receivers of vibrations.  We are the programmers of the QUALITY of our neurons through all we ingest AND HOW WE CHOOSE TO PERCIEVE OF THINGS.

What we practice the MOST becomes our dominant vibration and our point of attraction.  PRACTICE THOUGHTS DELIBERATELY AND INTENTIONALLY.  MAKE A DECISION ON HOW YOU WANT TO FEEL, AND ONLY THINK THOUGHTS THAT ALIGN YOU WITH THAT.  Use tools like A RAMPAGE OF APPRECIATION, THE VIRTUAL REALITY GAME, and the WOULDN’T IT BE NICE IF game.

If we are not experiencing exactly what we want, it is because we are paying more attention to what IS, rather than what we want to be.

That which we focus upon compounds and magnifies exponentially.  BE INTENTIONAL with your focus.

When we INTENTIONALLY SELECT what we give our time, energy, and attention to, our frequency adjusts to match that.  WE ARE 100% IN CONTROL OF HOW WE FEEL, regardless of ANY outside source of information, for WHAT WE HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO PAY ATTENTION TO IS LIMITLESS AND ENTIRELY UP TO US.  Adjust your frequency by what you choose to pay attention to.

WE DO NOT HAVE TO PAY ATTENTION TO THE DISAPPROVAL AND UNHAPPINESS AND COMPLAINTS OF OTHERS.  We are so free to choose what to pay attention to that we can even choose bondage.

Suffering in the absence of someone IS NOT PROOF OF LOVE.  It is simply a decision to focus upon and pay attention to loss, rather than to the gift they are in your life.  They never went ANYWHERE.  Where could they go?  They are with us, ALWAYS.

TRUE FREEDOM comes through the practiced ability to exercise one’s focus.  Our focus determines our vibration, and OUR VIBRATION DETERMINES OUR ENVIRONMENT.  It is NOT the other way around.  OUR ENVIRONMENT COMES IN RESPONSE TO OUR THOUGHTS.

In the delicious, relief-filled moment that depression is replaced with rage, something magical happens, and you move up the vibrational frequency range of human emotions.  The idea is to keep the momentum going, and move through rage on up…

OUR EMOTIONS are the immediate indicator which let us know how we are doing with focusing our time, energy, and attention.

1-It’s not my job to tell you what to want.  That’s YOUR job.

2-It’s not my job to tell you if you are going about it in the right way.  That’s your job, too.

February 29: Visualization and the Self Image

Maxwell Maltz was a surgeon who wrote one of the most useful personal development books ever written. It is called, Psycho-Cybernetics.

The book combines the cognitive behavioral technique of teaching an individual how to regulate self-concept, using theories developed by Prescott Lecky, with the cybernetics of Norbert Wiener and John von Neumann. The book defines the mind-body connection as the core in succeeding in attaining personal goals.

In this book, he described the importance and effectiveness of visualization as a tool to upgrade the Self Image. Why is this important? WE CANNOT RISE ABOVE OUR OWN SELF IMAGE.

To upgrade our Self Image is to upgrade EVERY aspect of our lives including our relationship, the ways we respond and react to others, our financial wellbeing, our emotional stability, and how we create.

Today I will purchase and read or listen to Psycho-Cybernetics with the intention of learning every tool possible to upgrade my own Self Image and continuously upgrade EVERY aspect of my life.

My experience with the book, The Secret, by Rhonda Byrne

17 years ago I found myself in complete darkness.  This dark abyss had become my reality.  My inner world was in turmoil, as was my outer reality.  I found myself as a newly single father with three little boys, ages 3, 6, and  10.  The year was 2005.  Under my bed was a duffel bag filled with rope, duct tape, a hack saw, and enough plastic to get rid of a body.  It was a plan I had been relentlessly focused on for weeks, and everything was in play.  In just two days I was to murder and dismember someone I had perceived to have hurt me, and I wanted them to get a taste of the pain I had been feeling.  It is true, what they say: HURT PEOPLE HURT PEOPLE.

In retrospect, it is easy to see how, over the years, I had gradually become this dark and dangerous person.  It wasn’t any one, big, trauma-inducing experience, but rather a gradual lack of discipline that was slow and imperceivable, creeping in to my mind and becoming my reality.  An accumulation of all the little dark thoughts that I had been thinking, repeating, and focusing on, had resulted in hopelessness, and an inability to see things differently than I was capable of seeing myself.  I had habituated the practices of self-judgment, self criticism, self-abuse and self-condemnation. I had-become capable of only seeing things as bad, dark, hopeless, and useless, and this was exactly how I viewed my self.  I was addicted to the darkness and the feelings that came with it. To top it off, I was diagnosed with bipolar disorder in 1999, and had consistently taken mood stabilizers and antidepressants, rendering me incapable of feeling ANYTHING for the previous 6years.  I was suicidal every day I was on those medications for 15 years, believing and telling myself that this world and my loved ones would be better off with me dead. It was as if my mind was no longer mine, and I was no longer in control of ANYTHING.

With only two days to go before Murder Day, and with the clock ticking away furiously, my father showed up out of the blue with a book for me to read.  I’ll be honest: In my current state I pretended to be grateful (I had become INCREDIBLY good at pretending and acting out what I perceived would please others,) while thinking, “What good could ANY book ever do for me?!”  Internally, I was ANGRY.  I had spent the last 10 years away from family and this man, living in other states, and wasn’t at all close with him, and it felt like he thought a gift like a book to “fix” me could somehow be a solution.  Being the Old Soul he is, one who is prone to deep connections with others and the ability to listen to, AND ACT UPON, his intuition or inner guide, he told me he felt the strong NEED to share this book with me.  

Having grown up with a love of reading, it was only a few hours before my boredom and curiosity took over.  

We four had the financial support of my Mom and Stepdad, and had a safe, comfortable place to live because of them.  At the time, I was shattered and incapable of functioning.  I will forever be grateful to a support system that helped us so much over the years.  I was truly battered and broken, yet still alive.

I read the entire book that night as my three sons peacefully slept, unaware of the monster they had for a father.  About a third of the way through the book, light and hope began to fill my heart and my mind, for the first time in YEARS.  I began to think, “What if these things are also possible for me?”

While reading the book, I realized the Author had first made a MOVIE called THE SECRET.  I thought it was interesting, and a little backwards, to first make a movie and THEN write a book, and so the next day I dressed the boys and we traveled to the nearest Barnes and Noble bookstore, where I found a copy of the movie, and where they all found a book or toy of interest to them.  This was the beginning of a new life.

Intuitively, I chose to start every morning from that day forward by playing the movie as I got ready for the day.  I thought that repetition of something GOOD might somehow displace everything BAD.  Through the work of Dr. Bruce Lipton, I now know this is absolutely true, and that WHAT WE FOCUS ON, WE FEED.  The quote by Anne Lamott comes to mind: “My mind is like a bad neighborhood-I try not to go there alone.”  Alone is relative, and to read or listen to a book, is to meditate with the author, as Robin Sharma once stated. I was surprised to notice, as time passed, that each of the three boys were watching the movie THE SECRET intently, EVERY DAY, while playing with a toy, dressing, or eating.  Every morning was silent as we all absorbed the messages and stories contained on the DVD as the movie played in the background of our lives.  This practice went on for weeks.  

The messages and stories stuck with us all, throughout the years.  It literally SAVED AND ALTERED OUR LIVES, and forever altered the trajectory of many other lives, as well.

I would love to report that everything was “fixed” after these many weeks, but as life went on, the practice of starting the day watching or listening to THE SECRET came to an end, and the darkness quietly and quickly creeped back in and took over.  I faked it well, portraying a capable, responsible, happy father and contributing member of society, but deep down, I knew the actual truth.  I was dark, shattered, useless, forever broken, and an actual waste of space and oxygen.  I just knew that someday I would do something damaging or devastating, and I listened to the doctors all those years when they told me if I were ever to go off of the mood stabilizers or antidepressants I would certainly, soon thereafter, kill or harm another or myself.  In fear and darkness I lived for 15 years, surrounded by incredible, supportive, loving, accepting family members, co-workers, and friends, while perpetually experiencing extreme loneliness, hopelessness, and unfulfilling emptiness within.  I dragged my sons through many relationships, moving into the homes of other women then back out again.  They were with me through a few more failed marriages, and through all this time, and through all these failures, they continued to do something to me that I seemed to be incapable of doing for myself: THEY LOVED ME.  They are the reason I am alive today.  

Years later, in 2014, the woman I was married to at that time decided it was time for me to go off of the medications.  “Have they EVER REALLY helped?”  This was the question she asked that woke me up to the reality that NONE of the medications had “saved” me or made things better for me.  I was terrified, believing that with the doctors had told me would certainly unfold.  She had done some research, and found a chemist from Canada who had created a supplement called, Q96 Empower Plus.  This chemist had lost his wife and daughter to suicide, and committed his life‘s work to creating a supplement that might help others better think and manage emotions in a way that many other medication’s probably never will.  I am grateful to report that it has worked well for me since 2014, and I still take it every day.

A few months after I stopped taking the medication‘s, I got my mind back. I was able to think again, and I felt like my REAL self for the first time in 15 years.  Soon there after, I experienced my third divorce. I started over with what seemed like nothing, yet again.  Only this time, I had my mind back.  I had the experience of over four decades of learning.  I was able to use my imagination to see into the future, and decide what type of man and father and companion I wanted to someday become.  I went back to the teachings of the book, THE SECRET, began each day with a routine that included a gratitude practice, and everything began to fall into place.  Every person, thing, situation, podcast, job, and circumstance that could ever be needed to create this future vision of my self began flying into my new reality.  For the first time in my life, I avoided long-term relationships. I believed the words of Jim Rohn when I discovered them that say, “For things to change for you, you have to change. For things to get better for you, you have to get better.”  I knew I had a lot of work to do, and a lot to catch up on.  I rolled up my sleeves and went to work on ME, finally realizing that nobody was coming to save me, and that is wasn’t anyone else’s responsibility to save me, and that the rest of my life was 100% MY RESPONSIBILITY.

A year later I reconnected with the PERFECT woman for me and my boys, while simultaneously intending NOT to get into another relationship.  What can I say?  Things fell seamlessly into place.  

A few years later we were married.  She taught me what unconditional love is, ACTUALLY, and I have been practicing getting better at it.  Because of the perfect environment she created for me, simply by being herself, I feel nourished, safe, whole, and well.  This environment she created for me and everyone around her of unconditional love, acceptance, and appreciation, has empowered me to create a personal, inner environment like no other I have ever before experienced, and as I continue to learn and expand into the future vision of self I desire, things are simply effortless, easy, comfortable, joyous, beautiful, and seemingly perfect.  It is a state of being I wish for everyone.

Since 2017, and because of how things have unfolded, I have created a website to share much of what I have learned and experienced through SO MANY amazing teachers.

I hope it may somehow provide a sort of roadmap for others, exposing pitfalls and traps of the human experience that are so easily avoided, that their life experience may be different than mine, and somehow better.  It is my hope that by learning THROUGH others experiences we may ALL up-level more efficiently and quickly, bi-passing needless suffering and creating the most beautiful personal reality possible, at all times.  It is because of this hope I began recording podcasts, available on YouTube under the name, The goodinthehead Podcast.

The mind can not tell the difference between reality and imagination.  The exact same hormones and chemicals are released into the bloodstream when actually experiencing something as when it is imagined in the mind.

We can think ourselves sick, or we can think ourselves whole.

We can gain pleasure in the mere THOUGHT of things that we may never attain in reality, though if we can see it, WE CAN ACHIEVE IT as the body believes it.

WHAT WE TELL OUR BODIES IS TRUE THROUGH THE MIND IT BELIEVES, and sets about doing what is necessary to achieve the repetition of that state to keep it a consistent physical and virtual reality for us to continue to experience.

Our minds are projectors of our inner realities.  To upgrade our human life experiences, it is necessary for us to upgrade our inner environment.  

If we desire to experience more peace, we must focus upon creating more peace and harmony WITHIN, and letting go of ALL that which is opposing it.  Every subconscious, programmed, habituated belief and thought which supports peace must be enhanced, focused upon, energized through repetition, paid attention to, and FELT.  

This is true for EVERYTHING.

Dr. Joe Dispenza teaches that the neurons no longer being used to support an old thought pattern being repeated, which has been replaced by a new thought being repeated, will be recruited by the new thought to support IT.  

ENERGY FLOWS WHERE ATTENTION GOES.  

WHAT WE FOCUS ON, WE FEED, just as what we choose to no longer focus on starves and dies.

Our current life experiences are simply an extension of what we feed and focus on the MOST.  Shifting perspectives and focus to what we DO want more of, and feeding and focusing ONLY on THAT, can only result in an alternate reality congruent with what we are constantly projecting from within.

WE are the makers of our, ”LIFE MOVIE.”

Most humans create a life out of REACTION to the realities of OTHERS colliding with theirs, having no goals, no purpose, no intentions, and no vision.

The true magic of life begins at the start of each day by setting an alarm to go of as a daily reminder, WHAT EXACTLY DO YOU WANT MORE OF, then focusing ONLY on people, circumstances, things, and topics of conversation and thought that supports THAT list.  Doing this with 100% commitment leaves no time for distractions, watching the news, or doing things that can only result in the accomplishing of the dreams of OTHERS.

Reviewing a written list of ALL we wish for, hope, want, and desire, at the start and the close of each day, then feeling in to the reality of these things already being achievable and acquired, programs the subconscious mind to focus ONLY on what will support these creations throughout the day and as we sleep.  THIS IS ONE OF THE FEW PRACTICES WHICH ALL “HIGHLY SUCCESSFUL” individuals have in common.  I have tried this, and the results are nothing short of miraculous.

The human mind was created with a device installed called the RAS, or RETICULAR ACTIVATING SYSTEM, which has only ONE purpose: to ONLY allow into the mind that which we KOST desire to focus upon and manifest, which protects the mind from shutdown from overwhelm.

Right now, I let go of:

-The illusion of CONTROL of other things, people, situations, and circumstances.

EVERYTHING unfolds PERFECTLY, as IT needs to , for the greater good of the collective whole at ALL TIMES, despite our best efforts to control it into being what WE want it to be.

-all ideas and beliefs

EXPECTATIONS ARE PREMEDITATED RESENTMENTS. EXPECTATIONS ARE A FILTER THROUGH WHICH WE JUDGE.

LET GO AND LET BE. NO JUDGEMENT, NO CRITICISM.

Allow it ALL to unfold, EXACTLY AS IT IS: PERFECTION.

WE CAN BE BOTH A MASTERPIECE AND A WORK IN PROGRESS. It is WHAT WE TRULY ARE that allows this.

WE DON’T HAVE TO RUN AWAY FROM ANYTHING. WE ARE DIVINE AND ETERNAL. WE ARE ONE, AND WE ARE NEVER ALONE.

As we let go of EVERYTHING, and reconnect and realign with our true nature, re-identifying with ALL THAT IS, AS all that is, we are not DOING. WE ARE BEING DONE.

ALL things come THROUGH us, not TO us. We are 100% responsible for the personal reality we create, manifest, attract, and project. EVERYTHING IS AN INSIDE JOB.

It is entirely possible that we are livi in a HOLOGRAM, and that EVERYTHING is an illusion.

We are in ALL that is, and ALL THAT IS, is inside of each of us.

Inside of every atom, molecule, and cell, exists ALL THAT IS.

I let go of the belief or idea that ANYONE needs to be anything like me. EVERYONE is exactly where THEY need to be. Everything is perfect, exactly as it is.

When we breathe, realign with our DIVINE NATURE, and ALLOW HEALING, we release the trapped energies and reservoirs of rage that have been dammed, and we are allowed to simply BE.

WE ARE ONE, AS ALL THAT IS.

So many of us spend all of our time and energy, throughout our entire lives, seeking feelings of security, acceptance, prosperity, love, and appreciation from outside sources.


If we buy just one more product, we will finally feel at peace.


If we obtain a certain item, or dress a certain way, people will finally see us a certain way.


If we get that certificate or that degree, we will finally be worth something, having made something of our self.


If we can just make $20,000 or $100,000 a year more, we will be considered worth more than most of society, finally being of more value than others.


If we have bigger muscles, a healthier body, a longer beard, bigger boobs, a face with less wrinkles, or sculpted and chiseled features as a result of surgery, we will FINALLY be seen as better than others, and we will finally feel content.


If we can just find the perfect person for ourselves to complete us, we won’t feel so alone.


The truth is, no thing or outside sources will last, giving us a PERMANENT feeling of security, worth, value, happiness, or contentment.  No matter what we buy or do, or who we are with, these are just experiences.  

These are TEMPORARY sources of feelings.


True and lasting contentment, happiness, worth, value, appreciation, prosperity, compassion, love, and acceptance are STATES OF BEING, not feelings to be had.


Meditation helps.  Letting go is empowering.  Also useful is praying, gratitude, up-leveling beliefs and perspectives, and other certain OUTWARD practices that remind us of the INNER truths.  ANYTHING that reminds us of WHAT we TRULY are, as we continuously work towards upgrading the WHO we identify as while in this human body, us USEFUL.

As we continuously to align WHAT we are and WHO we identify as, it results in more and lasting, more permanent feelings and AN ALTERED PERSONAL REALITY of contentment, peace, safety, love, compassion, empathy, understanding, kindness, prosperity, worth, value, abundance, acceptance, and beauty.

When in this human experience we finally realize the importance of practicing LETTING GO of all we thought we were supposed to be, and realize our true identity as divine and eternal, having temporarily been downloaded into this “physical” form in this “real” world, it is then that we begin to strip away all that is not us, and we unbecome everything we are not, eventually acquiring the wisdom of simplicity and TRUE contentment and fulfillment that comes from within, rather than from hard work, progress, acquired items, riches, wealth, safe homes, or an over-abundance of ANYTHING.

 The meanings we attach to all of this STUFF is what causes a temporary feeling of happiness, contentment, value, and personal worth-but how do we feel when ALL of it is ripped away from us or is lost?

I have been learning a lot about letting go, and the more I learn, the more I realize that I am just scratching the surface. I have found the process of letting go to be a useful, daily practice.

Each time I complete the Wim Hof breathing practice and meditation I designed that works for me, I read a few things I learned about LETTING GO, along with a short list of what I perceive my self as needing to let go in order to align with my TRUE identity, rather than recreating the identity I have needed OTHERS to see my entire life.

Your list of things to let go may be different than mine, but here is my list:


I LET GO:

Reading this, reminding myself throughout the day of these things, and practicing letting go throughout the day, empowers me to judge myself and others less and enjoy each moment more.  It allows me to let go of the idea that anyone NEEDS to do ANYTHING, any one or particular way, think, believe, or speak any certain way, or align with what I want or prefer.  It makes me progressively more capable of letting go of what I want, and enjoying the outcomes that result, rather than judging them, or allowing my ego to fulfill its needs by playing the comparison game or trying to feel better than, or more important than, everyone else in the room in SOME way.  It allows me to be FREE-from the need of validation, praise, criticism, or judgments of OTHERS.  Letting go allows me to feel as if a MASSIVE burden has been lifted from my shoulders, or as if a huge and heavy wall has just been removed from off of my body, and I can BREATHE!  I feel LIGHT!  I feel BETTER.

My story is similar to so many other stories of those who face challenges and difficulties while navigating this life and simultaneously suffering through mental illness. Jim Rohn said it well:

If we want things to change for us, WE have to change. If we want things to get better for us, WE have to get better.

EVERY MOMENT IS AN OPPORTUNITY TO UPGRADE THE HEART, MIND, BODY, AN SOUL.

The secret is this: WE HAVE TO WANT IT MORE THAN WE WANT OUR CURRENT SET OF CIRCUMSTANCES. We have to WANT to change before we will commit to change.


How will we know when we are ready? When we are sick and tired of being sick and tired enough to try something new.

Since 2014, I have been doing just that, and have found some SUPER useful tools and practices along the way.

One of the most useful books I found that empowered me to literally recreate my “self” was, BREAKING THE HABIT OF BEING YOURSELF, by Dr. Joe Dispenza. This book has an audio version FOR FREE on YouTube. CHECK IT OUT! You won’t be disappointed.

The most important habit I learned about and practice daily, all these years, is GRATITUDE. Having a mindset of being grateful for EVERYTHING and EVERYONE, habituating the practice of seeing ALL things as PERFECT, JUST THE WAY THEY ARE, has allowed me to stop judging and criticizing myself and others.

Another SUPER useful thing I learned about is NUTRITION. For YEARS I suffered from EXTREME inflammation, 100% due to my sensitivity to sugar and my poor, uninformed decisions regarding food and drink. My brain was swollen, and because of it I exhibited symptoms of EXTREME depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder, and made many attempts at taking my life for 15 years WHILE ON ANTIDEPRESSANTS AND MOOD STABILIZERS.

For the last century, our foods have changed, and the nutrients we once enjoyed and healed quickly with have been damaged and eradicated. A company out of Canada created a formula to fill the void of that which is missing that affects SO MANY of us adversely, CAUSING symptoms correlated directly to mental illnesses. This pill is called, Q96 Empower Plus. In 2014, with their help, I left behind ALL my prescribed medications and started this pill-ALL natural vitamins and minerals, and have not been back to a psychiatrist since.

Google True Hope, the company that produces this all-natural supplement. The reason the Chemist behind the supplement created it was because he lost both his wife and daughter to suicide, and he desired (same as I do) to empower others with opportunities to SUFFER LESS in this life.

it took a few months for the chemicals and hormones within my body to adjust, but I now live the life of my dreams. I will forever be grateful for the question asked of me: IN THE 15 YEARS YOU HAVE BEEN TAKING YOUR PRESCRIBED MEDICATIONS, HAVE THEY EVER HELPED YOU? It was then I realized I had chosen to believe a lie, that they had NEVER been of help to me, and I became willing to try something NATURAL and NEW.

RESULTS DON’T LIE.

Marshall Goldsmith teaches that when we TRACK OUR PROGRESS, it is even EASIER to gain momentum in the directions we want to proceed. 

Tony Robbins teaches us that PROGRESS EQUALS HAPPINESS, and when we notice, realize, and recognize the progress we are making, acknowledging all we have accomplished and keeping track of it, WE ARE EMPOWERED AND ENERGIZED TO DO EVEN MORE, and as we do, it seems effortless and easy, rather than seeming like, “work.”

Jim Rohn wrote a book called, 7 STRATEGIES FOR WEALTH AND HAPPINESS.  This month, we will be using this book and the tools contained within it.  The audio version of this book is FREE on YouTube.  I highly recommend listening to it at your earliest convenience and buying a copy of this book.  It will be a small purchase when compared to the EXPONENTIAL GROWTH that comes to you as a result of reading, studying, and implementing the practices of this book.

At the age of 19, the great Tony Robbins did something BRILLIANT.  He found a MENTOR to follow and learn from who was HIGHLY successful, abundant, a prosperous in ALL areas of his life.  Tony has made it a life-long practice to seek wisdom from people that know more and have more than him, and that habit has empowered him with the wisdom, knowledge, and experience to make himself as great as he could envision, and his visions are VAST.  His mentor?  Jim Rohn.  Jim Rohn ALSO had a mentor that MASSIVELY impacted his life, and HIS mentor’s name was John Earl Shoaff.  Here is an interesting story that I love, that inspired me to begin setting goals and to ALWAYS BE UPGRADING:

One morning, two weeks after I started working for him, Mr. Shoaff and I were having breakfast together.  Just as I was about to finish my eggs, he said, “Jim, let’s take a look at your list of goals so that we can review and discuss them.  Maybe that’s the best way I can help you right now.”

“But I don’t have a list with me,” I replied.

“Well, is it out in your car or at home somewhere?”

“No, sir.  I don’t have a list ANYWHERE.”

Mr. Shoaff sighed.  “Well, young man, looks like this is where we’d better start.”

Then, looking directly into my eyes, he said, “If you don’t have a list of your goals, I can guess you bank balance within a few hundred dollars.”  He guessed right.  And that REALLY got my attention.

I was astonished.  “You mean that if I had a list of my goals my bank balance would change?” I asked.

“DRASTICALLY,” he said.

That day I became a student of the art and science of GOAL-SETTING.

Isn’t that a telling story?  By the time I came across this book, I already had a general idea of what I wanted, a morning routine set in place, and daily actions I was taking towards what I wanted to create and experience MORE of.  Reading this book, and implementing the practices taught within it CLARIFIED for me even MORE things I knew I wanted, allowed me the opportunity to seek out MORE tools, skills, and experiences to make it happen, and leveled-up my lifestyle, EXPONENTIALLY.

NOW is the time to acknowledge and recognize just how far you have come and how much you have grown this last year.  It is time to write.  While writing, take your time and be as detailed as possible, while completing these lists and answering these questions.

Jim Rohn’s book, 7 STRATEGIES FOR WEALTH AND HAPPINESS, is short, easy to listen to or read, and INCREDIBLY impactful to the lives of EVERYONE who has read it.  I have recommended this book over the years to many of my friends and family, and though not everyone I recommended it to read the book, the ones who DID noticed an IMMEDIATE shift within their lives for the better.  There are MANY speeches given by Jim Rohn on YouTube that are worth listening to, over and over, and this book is worth reading AT LEAST once a year.  I have found it MOST helpful at the END of each year’s work, as a reminder to upgrade my current list of goals, habits, practices, beliefs, and perspectives, in order to empower myself to ALWAYS BE UPGRADING.

The most beautiful thing I have observed in the lives of those who read and re-read this book and practice the teachings contained within is the progressive level of success they all experience.  Seeing ANYONE win is hopeful and inspiring, no matter the win.  I want YOU to win, in EVERY way you can imagine for yourself.  This next month will be a practice in constantly reviewing our personal goal list and rating ourselves on how WE perceive we are doing.

Have you noticed that as you focus ONLY on doing the tasks within this workbook, you no longer have time to focus your energy or attention on the things you DIDN’T want more of in your life?  That is the magic of this workbook.  It is designed to refocus our energy and attention to spending time ONLY on what we DO want more of.  I noticed that as I began to do the work that I believed would result in personal progress and an up-leveling of abundance and prosperity in ALL areas of my life, I no longer had time or energy to focus on being sad, depressed, unhappy, dissatisfied, grumpy, angry, bitter, or frustrated.  EVERYTHING changed because of the experimentation process necessary to implement and play with new beliefs, habits, perspectives, and new ways of interacting with all that is.  I hope that you experienced something similar.

The key to our happiness is WITHIN.  It unlocks our abilities to create in more optimal and limitless ways-FOR AS LONG AS WE CHOOSE TO.  When we change the way we look at things, the things we look at change, according to Wayne Dyer.  When we ONLY focus on what we want MORE of, everything we DO NOT want more of disappears, naturally and easily.
