Month 9

The Commitment to Upgrading Beliefs.

Right at the start, let us set this month’s alarm:

What I focus on, I FEED.  Today I will pay attention to EVERYTHING I say, and remember that my words are proof of ALL of my beliefs, and every thought and word is a CREATION.  WHAT I BELIEVE CONSTANTLY BECOMES MY NEW REALITY.

The Reticular Activating System is a small device installed in each of our brains that sits behind the amygdala.  It is just larger than an eraser, and is one of the most important tools we have with which to create ANYTHING and EVERYTHING.  It is a program that is CONSTATNLY running in the background within our subconscious mind, and while everything and everyone around us for the first 6 to 7 years of our lives was programming us, WE are now the programmers. 

There is a video on YouTube created by Mark Dawes I am now going to ask you to find and listen to.  To quickly and easily find it, go to the YouTube search engine and type: Mark Dawes Your Reticular Activating System.

Save it somewhere that it is easy to access again and again, as we will be listening to this short video at the start of each day for the entirety of this month. 

It has been said that You can’t STOP momentum, BUT YOU CAN CHOOSE THE DIRECTION OF THE MOMENTUM.  If you win the MORNING, you WIN THE ENTIRE DAY.  IT IS ALL ABOUT MOMENTUM.

What we repeat, we eventually MASTER, no matter WHAT it is we are choosing to focus on.  Certain topics we focus on result in depression, and momentum gained in that direction from our repetitious thinking of subjects related to darkness and depression can only lead our Reticular Activating System to seek out ONLY things, people, quotes, ideas, beliefs, perspectives, situations and circumstances that have to do with depression.  If you desire to be depressed the ENTIRE REST OF YOUR LIFE, then start each morning with the repetition of beliefs, thoughts, and topics related to depression.

THE OPPOSITE IS ALSO TRUE!  When we begin each day directing and intentionally guiding our momentum towards ONLY things, people, quotes, ideas, beliefs, perspectives, situations and circumstances that have to do with healing, happiness, wholeness, completeness, gratitude, and enjoyment, AND THINK ONLY THESE THOUGHTS, we will, over time, guide the direction of our personal momentum DOWN THIS PATH, and it is because of the RAS. 

IT IS THROUGH REPETITION THAT WE REPROGRAM THE SUBCONSCIOUS MIND, and the more we repeat ANYTHING, the more information our RAS seeks out to back up and prove THAT as OUR TRUTH.

There is a page on the goodinthehead website called, THE GOODINTHEHEAD BELIEFS PROJECT.  Each day, we will be defining a belief we grew up with and upgrading it.  I am going to ask you to go to this page now, read through the information contained therein, and refer back to this page as often as necessary.  It has examples of MANY of the beliefs I have been working on.  Borrow from this list or make a list of your own.  This page will absolutely empower ANY practitioner of this process to begin practicing upgrading the PERSONAL BELIEF SYSTEM in ways that will serve and save the practitioner.  After only one month of doing these things, I am confident that you will realize the value in this project, and most likely WANT to continue this project of upgrading personal beliefs, periodically, throughout the rest of your life. 

As we LEARN better, we can DO better.  It is by DOING better that we enjoy better results.  We can upgrade beliefs through learning new beliefs, experimenting and playing with them to try them on for size, and see for OURSELVES what kinds of results operating from these different beliefs brings to us.  It is SO MUCH FUN to create different experiences and continuously upgrade them ANY time we want to.

When we habituate the practice of upgrading beliefs, we shift our perspectives in ways that SERVE us and sets us up for success.  Sometimes, the smallest shift will result in a cascade of change.  We start a domino effect that results in a completely alternate trajectory, with an entirely alternate set of realities and results that coincide with these shifts.

Our best life is OURS to create.  Our life is no one else’s fault or responsibility.  Our beliefs MAKE this true.  Once we expand out of the victim mode and take FULL responsibility for what we FOCUS ON, REPEAT, and CHOOSE TO BELIEVE, magical things begin to happen for us. 
The truth is, there was magic there all along, but reprogramming our subconscious through repetition and through the use of the small but POWERFUL Reticular Activating System, we can finally see our NEW TRUTHS.

CONGRATULATIONS ON THE WORK OF THIS MONTH!  I am confident that you have realized the value of FOCUS, REPETITION, and WINNING THE MORNING.  It is time to celebrate all of our little wins by recognizing them and appreciating them, allowing them to compound into something MASSIVELY impactful and empowering for us:

LIMITLESS EXPANSION is available to ALL of us!  Given a long enough timeline, we would literally have the opportunity to do just THAT-to expand in ALL areas of life, FOREVER.

I want to share with you something I wrote on September 10, 2021.  I wrote this after seven years of working on my beliefs, after the previous day sent me spiraling into anger and bitterness.  I woke up the next morning, realizing that I had allowed outside circumstances to affect my inner world-circumstances beyond my control, and I believed that if I could send a message of LOVE to the world, it would extinguish the flames burning me down from the inside and alleviate the anger and bitterness.  It did.

CONSCIOUSNESS

If it is true that consciousness informs itself through its creations, and if it is true that our actual identity IS consciousness, and that we create with every thought, word, and action, then isn’t it a BRILLIANT plan for consciousness to have inserted itself into TRILLIONS of “separate” physical entities and lives within a virtual, physical construct in order to experience life through TRILLIONS of different perspectives, SIMULTANEOUSLY? 

How important is it, then, to be completely authentic, different, and unique?  From this perspective, being a follower of any ONE belief, group, way of thinking, or choosing to conform in ANY way would be INCREDIBLY counter-productive.  As consciousness, temporarily inhabiting a human body to have a human experience, I think it is useful to remember to BE A UNIQUE and ORIGINAL INDIVIDUAL, and to be unapologetic, unashamed, and proud of our differences.

BE HAPPY BEING YOU.  Be the best you that you can be.  Always be upgrading.  Always be learning and practicing what you learn.  Choose to experiment with as many different ways of being that interest you or that you are attracted to.  EXPERIENCE as MANY situations, circumstances, people, things, and lives as you possibly can, within this one lifetime. 

Maybe the secret to quickening the limitless expansion of the collective whole isn’t conformity to only ONE way of being and thinking, and convincing others to strive to be just like us, but rather in EMBRACING OUR DIFFERENCES, and in allowing, accepting, appreciating, and loving UNCONDITIONALLY, ALL THAT IS, AS IT IS.

Much love and peace to you on YOUR own personal, unique, authentic life journey.  Keep going.  Keep doing what you are doing.  You are AMAZING.  You are PERFECT, JUST AS YOU ARE, and while you don’t need to change a thing to be worthy of love, while in this human body you can choose to get EVEN BETTER.  Accept yourself.  Appreciate yourself.  Love yourself.  Remember WHAT you are, as you continue to work on upgrading the WHO you IDENTIFY AS, while in this human form.

I LOVE YOU.  That may sound strange, and we may not know one another in human form, but if someone can HATE another for no reason at all, I am certainly entitle to LOVE another for no reason at all, other than the fact that it is possible that I AM you, and YOU are ME, in our truest form, as CONSCIOUSNESS, simply temporarily infused into separate physical bodies for a short while, soon to be reunited in love and light.

Dr. Joe Dispenza is someone I have chosen to follow and learn from for years.  He teaches, SELF-AWARENESS LEADS TO SELF-ACTUALIZATION.

Wendi Jensen wrote in one of her books:

THOSE WITH THE MOST POWERFUL AND POTENT QUESTIONS WILL CREATE THE MOST POWERFUL AND POTENT LIVES.

There is SO MUCH POWER in Self-Awareness.  The better we know our current self, the more we can do to align it with the highest version of ourselves that we can imagine and visualize.

Selfactualization is the complete realization of one’s potential, and the full development of one’s abilities to create and appreciate life.  Self-actualization is a life-long journey.

The first step to experiencing a personal awakening is to really get to know our self.  Until we really know who we are, and how we are choosing to identify, it is impossible to truly love our self.  Until we truly love our self, we are less capable at truly loving others.  Once we know our self, and understand who we are in a continuously increasing, significant way, we will be empowered to do, and create anything we want.  Knowing ourselves makes it easier to explore what EXACTLY enables and empowers us to heal and live more effectively, efficiently, and more optimally.

Sometimes, listening to others in a presentation or a podcast is an excellent way to upgrade our Self-Awareness experience!  Hearing the knowledge, experience, and wisdom that others have accumulated in a lifetime sometimes sparks ideas, thoughts, and questions within ourselves that lead to deeper understanding of our self, and how we can more optimally interact in this world to produce our deepest desires, most sought-after results, and the most beautiful personal reality available to us.

So where do we begin?  How do we REALLY know ourselves better?  How do we become more self-aware?  How do we become better versions of what we think ourselves to be?

Jim Rohn taught that for thousands of years, not much has changed.  The sun still rises and sets.  The seasons come and go, and have with regularity, for thousands of years.  The hopeless people exclaim:  “If things don’t change, how will things ever change for me?!”  The answer:  “When YOU change.”

The beauty of this months challenge is that next year, if you choose to do this again, you will observe a MASSIVE amount of personal growth and a personal perspective-shift that will be unbelievable. As WE change, our responses, reactions, and actions change-as do our opinions, beliefs, and perspectives. Completing this months project each year, and answering the same questions each year, is a sure way to notice, measure, and track personal progress.

This month, at the beginning of each day, you’ll be writing down a question to contemplate throughout the day that you believe will empower you to up-level your own self-awareness.

While answering your daily questions, be as descriptive and detailed as you possibly can.  Be RAW, REAL, AND HONEST.  Full transparency is a great habit to practice, as it allows anyone you choose to be transparent with an opportunity to more deeply and fully connect with you.  WE ARE AS SICK AS OUR SECRETS, and to alleviate ALL secrets from our lives is to peal back each layer of all we are NOT, revealing the beauty of our TRUE SELF. 

UNBECOMING ALL THAT WE THOUGHT WE HAD TO BE FOR OTHERS, only to reveal all we actually ARE, is a life-long process and practice that will produce significant and magical results.

CONGRATULATIONS ON COMPLETING MONTH 8 IN THIS WORKBOOK!  It is my hope that this month has led you to a deeper understanding of the “SELF,” and that you have realized and considered things by using as many perspectives to view the same things in as many different ways as possible.  The way we view ourselves is most likely one of the most important things we can choose to consistently upgrade, and I challenge you to repeat each month of this workbook every year, for the rest of your life, and doing it in YOUR ways, at YOUR pace, and to the best of YOUR abilities.

Month 7 – The Power of The Inner Environment.

Month 7

The Commitment to Upgrading The Power of The Inner Environment.

Upgrading our own, personal INNER ENVIRONMENT is an incredibly useful practice.  It is something that we can do at ANY time throughout the day, and the results include more peace, serenity, light, love, energy, love, enjoyment, and an outward manifestation in the physical world of the inner environment we create.

Peter Crone teaches that A TRUE MEASURE OF PERSONAL SUCCESS IS THE ABILITY TO REMAIN PEACFUL AND CALM WHILE IN THIS WORLD OF TURMOIL AND CHAOS.

WHATEVER WE CAN SEE WE CAN BE.  The things we focus upon and think about within, on a consistent or continual basis, are usually the things that manifest in our lives.  WE are ALL vibrational energies that constantly emit a vibration that is congruent to the way we feel.  How we feel is usually dictated by the meanings and definitions we attach to the things we are experiencing and interacting with through the senses of our human bodies.  Our thoughts determine our feelings, and how we feel plays a role in the quality of the continuation of our thoughts.  When it comes to thoughts and feelings, it’s all about momentum created by our chosen topic we are focused upon.  WE are in control of what we choose to focus on.

This month’s alarm or re-focusing prompt is:

I AM LOVE.  I AM PEACE.  I AM COMFORT.  I AM THE COMPOSER OF MY INNER HARMONY. IT IS THROUGH MY CHOICES IN THINKING AND FEELING THAT I RENDER MY REALITY.

When we upgrade the perceptions, beliefs, perspectives, and chosen definitions and meanings we each attach to all that is happening around us, each and every moment throughout the day’s experience, we see things and translate the constant feedback and information coming at us in an upgraded way, thereby vibrating at a higher level, and attracting completely different people, things, circumstances, situations, and life experiences.  The enjoyment of the outer world we experience while in these bodies is predicated upon the inner environment we create.  We tend to see things AS WE ARE, rather than as THEY are. We are the projectors of our perceived realities.

Ralph Waldo Emerson taught: PEOPLE DO NOT SEEM TO REALIZE THAT THEIR OPINION OF THE WORLD IS ALSO A CONFESSION OF CHARACTER.

By now, you have probably come across this beautiful truth by Jim Rohn:

For things to change, YOU have to change.  For things to get better, YOU have to get better.  For things to improve, YOU have to improve.  When YOU grow, EVERYTHING in your life grows with you.

This month, we will be deep-diving into the research, learning, and habituating practices that will empower us to further upgrade THE POWER OF THE INNER ENVIRONMENT.  It is my hope that your participation in this month will result in a personal inner environment that can only manifest the beautiful results that you desire and deserve into your personal, physical reality.

Self-Evaluation time.  Write down your answers to these questions, and be as open, honest, and descriptive as you possibly can.

On a scale of one to ten, how would you rate your current inner environment?  Why?  What improvements do you think would be beneficial in upgrading and enjoying a more beneficial, useful, and effective inner environment?

How judgmental and critical are you towards others?  Is there anyone that comes to mind that triggers within you feelings of anger, hatred, bitterness, contempt, or rage?  Why?

What upgrades are necessary to take place within your inner environment in order for you to begin creating and manifesting the most beautiful and enjoyable version of YOUR idea of the best, possible reality you can imagine?

Project yourself into the future five years from now.  If you were to have created the most incredible, beautiful, enjoyable, and optimal personal reality, WHAT EXACTLY DOES IT LOOK LIKE FOR YOU?  As you imagine and visualize all of the many details of this reality, how do you feel?  Be as detailed as possible, dream BIG, and imagine ALL that you desire having already happened.

Reverse-engineer your life down to the day, and answer this question:  No BS, what would it take on a daily basis for you to accomplish this lifestyle in the next five years?  What are the habits you would need to practice?  What are the exact skills you would need to acquire?  What are the beliefs and perspectives about YOURSELF that you think would be most helpful in making these dreams come true and become a reality?

Now for the most important question:  ARE YOU WILLING TO COMMIT TO DOING THESE THINGS FOR THE NEXT FIVE YEARS TO SEE WHAT YOU CAN CREATE?  What are your biggest fears that are currently keeping you from committing to this five-year project?  What excuses do you have for not even trying?  What are ways you can overcome these fears and alleviate these excuses from your life, ENTIRELY?  Who has accomplished what you desire to create, already?  What are ALL the ways you can learn from THEM about manifesting and creating the personal reality you desire?

EVERYTHING we are experiencing in our physical world is 100% OUR choice, and 100% OUR responsibility.  Either we created it, or we are continuing to allow it to happen to us.  WHAT WE ALLOW, WE GET MORE OF, AND WE DESERVE MORE OF WHAT WE TOLLERATE.  When we choose to accept full responsibility for our personal realities, we assume all the power to recreate it ANY way WE want it. 

When we make it a daily habit, from moment-to-moment throughout each day to ONLY focus upon and give attention to what WE want, rather that allowing the distractions of what ANYONE else wants, we begin to recognize MASSIVE changes within our reality.  The vibrations we emit are created by what we choose to focus upon and think about, and when we focus upon and think about ONLY what we DO want to create, and NEVER upon what we DON’T want to experience more of, EVERYTHING begins to unfold FOR us, almost as if by magic.

Abraham teaches through Esther Hicks: Focus upon thoughts that make you feel good, which will attract others and others and others and others and others…until your vibrational frequency will rise to the place that your Inner Being can fully envelop you.

That which we want more of in our lives is MEANT to be a LIFE-LONG PRACTICE.  It is okay to be imperfect at the process, all along the way!  OUR BEST IS GOOD ENOUGH.  It is useful to accept, love, and appreciate yourself EXACTLY AS AND WHERE YOU ARE in the process, all along the way. 

Con Miguel Ruiz teaches, “THE FOURTH AGREEMENT: ALWAYS do your best.  Your best is going to change from moment to moment; it will be different when you are healthy as opposed to sick.  Under ANY circumstance, simply do your best, and you will avoid SELF-JUDGMENT, SELF-ABUSE AND REGRET.”

If it is true that consciousness informs itself through its creations, and if it is true that our actual identity IS consciousness, and that we create with every thought, word, and action, then isn’t it a BRILLIANT plan for consciousness to have inserted itself into TRILLIONS of “separate” physical entities and lives within a virtual, physical construct in order to experience life through TRILLIONS of different perspectives, SIMULTANEOUSLY? 

How important is it, then, to be completely authentic, different, and unique?  From this perspective, being a follower of any ONE belief, group, way of thinking, or choosing to conform in ANY way would be INCREDIBLY counter-productive.  As consciousness, temporarily inhabiting a human body to have a human experience, I think it is useful to remember to BE A UNIQUE and ORIGINAL INDIVIDUAL, and to be unapologetic, unashamed, and proud of our differences.

BE HAPPY BEING YOU.  Be the best you that you can be.  Always be upgrading.  Always be learning and practicing what you learn.  Choose to experiment with as many different ways of being that interest you or that you are attracted to.  EXPERIENCE as MANY situations, circumstances, people, things, and lives as you possibly can, within this one lifetime. 

Maybe the secret to quickening the limitless expansion of the collective whole isn’t conformity to only ONE way of being and thinking, and convincing others to strive to be just like us, but rather in EMBRACING OUR DIFFERENCES, and in allowing, accepting, appreciating, and loving UNCONDITIONALLY, ALL THAT IS, AS IT IS.

Are you able to see yourself from this perspective?  What does it mean to you to read the words,

Can you choose to remind yourself to see yourself from THIS perspective, each and every day for the next month, as you continuously learn and practice upgrading your own inner environment?

THE MOST USEFUL TOOL I HAVE FOUND THAT WE CAN USE, ANY TIME THROUGHOUT ANY DAY, TO UPGRADE THE WAY WE FEEL AND UP-LEVEL THE ENERGY FREQUENCIES AT WHICH WE VIBRATE is to make a mental or written GRATITUDE LIST.  This is an EXTREMEMLY helpful practice, and ANY time we desire to IMMEDIATELY FEEL BETTER, we can choose to take a few moments and do this.

These are a few of the alarms I set to go off on my phone throughout the day as reminders, which is another extremely helpful practice:

Today I will accept ALL THAT IS as PERFECT, and exactly as is NEEDS to be, and I AM GRATEFUL FOR ALL OF IT.

I will accept all I do today as MY BEST, knowing that as I continue to consistently do my best, my best will consistently get better.

What do I love and appreciate about myself today?  What did I do today that makes me proud of ME?

Try these things out for yourself over the next month.  Set the alarms.  Expend the energy on THESE things, rather than some of the things no serving you in the purposeful intentions you have to upgrade your inner environment, and by so doing, effortlessly and quickly upgrading your physical reality.

STRESS LESS, ACCOMPLISH MORE, by Emily Fletcher.  This is the book that finally convinced me to begin meditating.  I highly recommend you buy the audio version and listen to it at least once a year.

GREAT JOB.  YOU HAVE COMPLETED THE SEVENTH MONTH OF THIS WORKBOOK!  What differences have you noticed within yourself, in the ways you now choose to interact with others, and in your inner environment?  The differences and changes may be incredibly subtle, and hard to recognize, as the practices you have been learning about and implementing may be new, but the longer and more consistently we do ANYTHING, the easier that thing gets, and the more quickly we recognize the shifts within us, the ways we interact with everyone and everything, and the results we enjoy.

I LOVE YOU.  That may sound strange, and we may not know one another in human form, but if someone can HATE another for no reason at all, I am certainly entitle to LOVE another for no reason at all, other than the fact that it is possible that I AM you, and YOU are ME, in our truest form, as CONSCIOUSNESS, simply temporarily infused into separate physical bodies for a short while, soon to be reunited in love and light.

PEACE and COMFORT be with you, as you continue to upgrade your, “SELF.”  You are INCREDIBLE.  Keep going.  Keep doing what you are doing!  LIMITLESS EXPANSION is what we were made and meant for.  You are doing it!  Enjoy the moment as you realize how amazing you truly are.  Be PROUD of how far you have come, all you have learned and practiced, and how you have chosen to connect with and interact with everyone and everything within your life, so far.  BE EXCITED for what it coming, because as you continue the work you are doing, the situations, circumstances, people, things, and events that will be MOST empowering for you in the creation process will continue to come at you faster and faster as you consistently re-focus and re-align, reconnecting with your true self through your inner environment and gaining more and more momentum.

EVERYTHING AFFECTS EVERYTHING, and all you are thinking, speaking, and doing is CREATING everything that you enjoy and love so much.

Month 6 – The Power of Upgrading Love Relationships.

Month 6

THE COMMITMENT TO IMPROVING AND UPGRADING LOVE RELATIONSHIPS:

Social skills will come in useful for our personal relationships, and the better we get at creating and building deep, meaningful, fulfilling relationships with others, the more beautiful and enjoyable our lives will be! 

The most destructive thing to ANY relationship is UNEXPRESSED EXPECTATIONS. Unexpressed expectations results in frustration, anger, stress, and resentment-ALL of which builds and compiles, eventually leading to a complete breakdown in trust and communication.

Love relationships can be tricky.  Sometimes, many of us bring the trauma we have not yet learned to heal from into our new love relationships, and this can even further damage us or the partner we are with.  It’s okay!  When two people get together and decide to form a relationship, this is common, and there are MANY tools available to us all that can empower us to more effectively learn how to navigate personal trauma, trauma our partner may have experienced, and can help us to constantly redefine the boundaries of the relationship in healthy ways. 

Make a list of EVERYTHING you can think of that might be useful in building a successful love relationship.  Make sure to list ALL the tools, tips, tricks, books, podcasts, or anything else you can think of that could be of use.  Just stick to what you now know, and be honest.  Do not do any research at this point-simply list everything you can think of off the top of your head, right now:

It is my hope that in a month’s time you will upgrade this list in ways that will be beneficial to you and your partner, or any partner you may someday choose to be with.  It is my wish that you will learn how to BE love, never NEEDING love, appreciation, or validation from anyone else or any external source, so that when you DO recommit to your current lover, or when you decide to enter into a love relationship in the future, you will LOVE YOURSELF enough that all you have for the other person is UNCONDITIONAL love.

What is YOUR definition of the PERFECT love relationship?  What do you do with and for one another?  What makes it so great?  Visualize being an active participant in this relationship for a few minutes, and be as DETAILED as you possibly can while envisioning this relationship and the interactions you are enjoying.  Describe how you felt as you saw this unfolding in your mind:

Remember the list of EVERY quality or attribute you wish to have in a lover?  Which of those qualities do YOU ALREADY have, and which ones do you want to acquire?  WE ATTRACT TO US WHAT WE ARE. 

What upgrades do you want to work on within yourself in order to become an even BETTER lover and enjoy an even BETTER love relationship?

For each day, if you aren’t currently in a relationship, answer the questions and give gratitude about and to YOURSELF.  When we upgrade the love we have for ourselves, we automatically upgrade our ability to love others that much more.

Your only responsibility RIGHT NOW is to prepare yourself to be with me, just as I am preparing myself to be with you.  It is your calling to upgrade, improve, up-level, learn, study, and practice ALL things that will empower you to transform from a victim to a Victor, from a caterpillar to a beautiful butterfly, from your current state to the limitlessly expanding version of yourself that I will align with when the time is right.

THE COMMITMENT TO IMPROVING AND UPGRADING The Power of Socializing:

Esther Perel teaches, “THE QUALITY OF OUR RELATIONSHIPS DETERMINES THE QUALITY OF OUR LIVES.”

If the quality of our lives ultimately depends upon the quality of our relationships, learning, upgrading, practicing, and mastering the Powers of Socializing is KEY.

AWARENESS of what and who we are, as well as what and who OTHERS are, and how we perceive of ALL things, dictates our personal reality.  The goodinthehead Self-Awareness Challenge found at goodinthehead.com and the card game on that page are EXCELLENT tools to use to upgrade personal awareness and is FILLED with questions to get ANYONE started on a journey towards up-leveling The Power of Socializing.

No matter who we are, or where we currently are in life, there is ALWAYS room for improvement.  Improving upon our social skills will only result in an upgrade lifestyle and personal reality.  In this section, we will spend the next 30 days focusing on social skills.  This can be scary for some of us, but the more we practice ANYTHING, the better we will get at it!

I have found that habituating sincere, honest, heart-felt compliments of the behaviors of others that we want to see more of is an EXCELLENT place to start!  EVERYONE has SOMETHING to teach us, and when we learn from someone, it is highly useful to express gratitude to them and compliment them.

One book that completely altered the trajectory of MY life, and the lives of millions of others who have read this book over the years was written by Dale Carnegie.  The title is, HOW TO WIN FRIENDS AND INFLUENCE PEOPLE.  It is an INCREDIBLE tool.  Reading a portion of this book each day, or listening to it, will also be a part of this month’s work.  As you learn or remember the skills described in this highly entertaining and informative book, seek out opportunities throughout your day to apply these skills and practice them as often as possible.  I promise you that you will not regret it.

If this is particularly challenging or difficult for you, I am glad.  Doing hard things, CONSISTENTLY, builds within us a level of confidence and credibility with ourselves that will shine outwardly from us like we swallowed the sun.  People will begin to interact with you differently as you continue to work towards upgrading this phenomenally useful skill.  KEEP GOING.  KEEP DOING WHAT YOU ARE DOING. 

The book, HOW TO WIN FRIENDS AND INFLUENCE PEOPLE is FREE on YouTube if you prefer to listen to it like I do.  It is inexpensive to purchase on Amazon or used book stores.  I once found a copy for only six dollars.  Owning this book and reading or listening to it at least once a year will alter your perspectives of your self and others, and empower you with tools and skills that will result in comfortable interactions with ANYONE you come into contact with.

Month 4 – The Power of The Abundance Mindset.

Month 4

THE COMMITMENT TO IMPROVING AND UPGRADING my abilities in The Abundance Mindset:

By now, you may be noticing some incredible changes in yourself.  Others may be noticing some differences, as well!  If not, do not worry or pay it any mind at all, because whether or not you or others are noticing upgrades and improvements, changes are ABSOLUTELY taking place.  You are upgrading, improving, and progressing each and every day that you do the small, repetitious practices that help you to refocus more and more on what you DO want, and less and less upon what you DON’T want.

One thing that almost EVERY human enjoys MORE of is ABUNDANCE.  Since all of our outer creations begin in the mind, this month we are going to work on upgrading the MINDSET OF ABUNDANCE.  Once we repetitiously reprogram the subconscious mind to work in certain ways that are IN OUR FAVOR, the outside, physical world rushes to manifest that abundance in physical form.  We were born to DREAM BIG.  We are here to constantly upgrade our personal creative abilities, and the better we know, the better we can DO. 

In learning how to upgrade our mindset in the realm of abundance, we will be focusing on ALL areas of life becoming more abundant, but especially finances.  Money is an EXCELLENT source of feedback on how we are doing.  Our beliefs about money, our perspectives about lack, and our abilities to recognize and more easily see all that we DO have, as well as practicing gratitude and generosity, will all be topics we will be focusing on within these next 30 days.  Giving something so someone else each and every day, for the next 30 days, will take creativity.  It can be ANYTHING, including a smile, $20, a compliment, or a gift, but it is true that the more we give, the more space we create with which to receive.

CONGRATULATIONS!  You did it.  Four months down, and the abundant mindset you have been creating, installing, and repetitiously reprogramming into your subconscious is going to begin a pattern for you in the future you will be grateful for.  The momentum created this past 30 days will live or die within the decision to feed or starve your upgraded mindset of abundance.

Month 3 – The Power of Movement.

Month 3

THE COMMITMENT TO IMPROVING AND UPGRADING MY SKILLS in The Power of Movement.

Lisa Nichols teaches, Action is the antidote for despair.  Action is the prescription for success.”

Steve Maraboli says, “TAKE ACTION!  An inch of movement will bring you closer to your goals than a MILE of intention.”

Mohandas Gandhi was correct when he shared the truth: “ACTION EXPRESSES PRIORITIES.”

We tend to do that which is most in accordance with our desires.  With the desire to improve and upgrade our knowledge and skills in the realm of the power of movement, the term “exercise” comes to mind.

This next month, we will be working on TAKING ACTION, in the form of movement.  Call it exercise, if you like, but this month, MOVEMENT is the name of the game.  Each day, YOU decide which movements you want to try out and experiment with.

The power and importance of movement has been taught and practiced throughout the centuries.  The heart is the pump that ensures that blood filled with new oxygen and nutrients from all we choose to ingest is pumped throughout our bodies.  It only takes TWO PUMPS of the heart to reach 60,000 to 100,000 MILES of blood vessels, depending upon the size of our bodies. 

There is THREE TIMES as much lymphatic fluid in our bodies as there is blood, but the lymph system has no pump!  The only way we can keep this lymph fluid circulating, rather than remaining stagnant and creating health issues, is to MOVE.  A daily, habitual exercise routine consisting of one or more movement activities keep us healthy, improves and up-regulates immune function, and empowers our bodies to regenerate and heal at a MUCH more efficient rate than if we do not move. 

Below are suggestions for exercise for those who don’t move on a regular basis.  Choose one of them and JUST DO IT, at any time you feel like it.  This month’s challenge will to be practicing MOVEMENT on a daily basis, for a total of AT LEAST 10 MINUTES.  ANYTHING is better than NOTHING.  As you choose each day’s movement activity, realize and remember that implementing easy, daily, habitual movement routines will result in you feeling younger, healthier, and more capable each and every day.  Take the opportunity to research and learn different exercise routines, what the benefits are of each, and how often each exercise or movement requires practice in order to most optimally enhance YOUR body.

If you think it is necessary to consult with a physician before ANY movement exercise, do so!  It is YOUR body, and you know better than anyone what is helpful and what is harmful for it.  When it comes to the body, I LOVE the mantra: ALWAYS BE UPGRADING.

Suggested exercises:

A 10-minute walk.  This can be done ANYTIME, ANYWHERE.  At work on a break, out in nature, or around the block where you live-walking is a GREAT exercise when done consistently.

Yoga.  This can be learned from a book, a video, or in a class.  On YouTube, YOGA WITH ADRIENE has become a HIGHLY POPULARIZED practice for easy and enjoyable movement for MILLIONS of people each day.  There are easy-to-follow practices for beginners and advanced practitioners, with videos ranging from 10 minutes to one hour. 

Body weight squats.  At any time, wherever we are, we can find a space to simply do 10 or 15 squats.  Without weight is easy for MOST people to do, and eventually doing these on a daily basis, a few times a day, leads to a stronger base and the ability to walk further, climb higher, and do more difficult things.

Straight-leg dead lifts.  This is completed by bending forward at the waist with your legs straight, going as low as you can, then immediately but slowly returning to the standing position.  Doing 10 to 15 of these, a few times throughout the day results in stronger legs and the possibility of less injuries-especially the longer we live.

Push-ups, pull-ups, sit-ups.  Just do as many as you can.  Do this a few times a day, and within a months’ time, notice how much stronger you are!

My FAVORITE image I have ever witnessed regarding the human body is five pounds of muscle being displayed next to five pounds of fat.  The muscle is small in comparison to the fat, indicating that muscle weighs MUCH more than fat does.  One mistake MOST people make when they begin to exercise and transform their muscle into fat is to step on the scale each day for feedback on how they are doing, rather than allowing the body to do what it does best as they focus EXCLUSIVELY on HOW THEY FEEL as they consistently practice movement exercises.  This month, I challenge you to do what FEELS good, rather than paying attention to what you think LOOKS good, on the scale.  Stay off the scales for just ONE month as you practice MOVEMENT.  Pay attention to how you feel and how your clothes begin to feel by the end of the month as you chip away at your personal improvements surrounding MOVEMENT.

Decide a few movements you wish to track the improvement on over the next month.  Choose three exercises you want to improve on and TRACK THE IMPROVEMENTS.  Whether it is the number of push-ups, the total number of body-weight squats, or how far you can walk in 10 minutes, decide on three things YOU want to improve upon, and write down or record below the beginning results:

At the close of this 30-day segment, it is important to realize how far we have come in just the last 30 days.  It is time to revisit the questions answered and the information recorded at the beginning of this month, then recognize any progress, changes, or upgrades in your personal attitude, perspective, ideas, or beliefs about THE POWER OF MOVEMENT.

Month 2 – The Power of Nutrition.

Month 2

THE COMMITMENT TO IMPROVING AND UPGRADING MY Power in the area of Nutrition:

These next 30 days, we will be focusing on one of the most important aspects of this physical, human life:  NUTRITION.

FOOD and DRINK, and EVERYTHING we choose to take into our bodies is INFORMATION TELLING US HOW TO HEAL.  Everything we ingest is processed through and interpreted by the current physical, emotional, chemical, hormonal reality we are living, then determined by our current state how everything will INTERACT. 

If we are in a constant state of stress, it won’t matter how high the quality of what we ingest is.  The chemicals and hormones of stress will counteract the high quality of what we ingest and render it useless in the repair and recovery process of healing that our body has to undergo CONSTATNLY, in order to remain in a state of homeostasis and stability. 

If we are in a constant state of bliss, any amount of anything ingested will absolutely make all the difference in the world, as the chemicals produced by us intentionally choosing to do what it takes to be in a constant state of bliss will produce an inner environment of chemicals and hormones that will interact favorably with all that we ingest.

Of course, science and common sense now teach us that BOTH our inner environment and everything ingested, when both are synchronized in the most optimal ways possible, is of the most benefit to our bodies.  To be in a constant state of bliss, happiness, gratitude, generosity, and abundance AND to constantly choose to ONLY eat and drink substances that are of the HIGHEST quality, will usually result in the most optimal physical outcomes and the highest rate of healing available to us as humans.

The MOST IMPORTANT habit we can get into is to become progressively more aware of WHAT WE ARE CONSUMING on a daily basis.  This next month, we will be keeping track of EVERYTHING we ingest, throughout the day, or at the end of each day.  This can easily and simply be done with an app (just look up “carbohydrate counter” in the app store on your phone,) a daily log we create for ourselves on a spreadsheet, or in your notebook.  The only thing we will be tracking is the carbohydrates contained within the solids and liquids we ingest.  There is no need to change anything unless you choose to.  The main goal is TRACKING what we are eating and how many grams of carbohydrates are in everything ingested.  You can put as much or as little time into this month’s project as you like.  I simply wrote down EVERYTHING I ate and drank at the end of each day, looked up how many carbohydrates were in each item and wrote that down next to each item I ingested, then totaled up the amount of carbohydrates consumed for the day.

If, at the end of this month, you have found this habit useful and effective for you IN ANY WAY, consider continuing this habit for as long as you think it is helpful in your own, self-recreation, upgrade process.

THE COMMITMENT TO IMPROVING AND UPGRADING MY Power in the areas of Self Identity, Self-Love, Self-Appreciation, and Self-Acceptance:

To start, set an alarm on your phone, right now, to go off every day at the time most convenient for you, to remind yourself and repeat to yourself this important message, PREFERABLE into a mirror, out loud:

NO JUDGEMENT, NO CRITICISM.  I LOVE YOU EXACTLY AS YOU ARE.  YOU DON’T HAVE TO DO ANYTHING DIFFERENTLY TO BE WORTHY OF LOVE.  YOUR BEST IS GOOD ENOUGH, AND AS YOU CONSISTENTLY DO YOUR BEST, YOUR BEST WILL CONSISTENTLY GET BETTER.  THERE IS NOTHING YOU COULD THINK, SAY, DO OR BE THAT WOULD MAKE ME LOVE YOU ANY LESS.  YOU ARE PERFECT JUST AS YOU ARE, AND IF YOU CHOOSE TO, YOU CAN GET EVEN BETTER.

In order to create the BEST POSSIBLE personal reality that we can, WE MUST COMMIT to it, then continuously RE-COMMIT to it.  With REPETITION, ANYTHING gets easier.  The thing that makes difficult things easy is knowing our personal, BIG REASONS WHY.  There will be MANY opportunities to answer questions throughout this personal, progressive journey.  CLARITY comes from honestly answering questions that empower us to become more SELF AWARE.  When we are even MORE self-aware, we are more capable of BETTER, PERSONAL CREATIONS.  I believe that each of us CREATES OUR OWN personal reality.  This is an EXTREMELY empowering belief, for me.  It places ME in charge of my thoughts, my words, my actions, how I choose to respond and interact with EVERYTHING, and it removes me as a victim to circumstances.  When WE choose what to think, rather than continuing to allow OTHERS to dictate what or how we think about ANYTHING, we break free from the trap of conformity, and we begin to be CREATORS. 

One of the daily to-do items is 10 minutes of silence.  This can be used in prayer, meditation, sitting outside in nature and observing, or using a meditation app.  After only one year of giving yourself just 10 minutes a day, you may come to realize that this is your favorite part of the entire workbook.  It has been taught that we ALL should meditate for 20 minutes a day, and if we think we don’t have the time, that we should make the time to meditate for an hour.  10 minutes is a great place to start, it is INCREDIBLY easy to do, and a HIGHLY utilized practice for most high performers.

Some of these questions may be asked again, later in the year, in order for you to recognize and notice how far you have come in your personal growth journey.  When we recognize and appreciate OURSELVES along the way, soon we no longer feel the need to seek validation, recognition, and appreciation from OTHERS.

Before you begin completing the daily tasks, take the time to answer these questions.  Be as detailed and honest as you can.  Be as detailed as possible.  I highly recommend you buy a companion/composition notebook ASAP to write in as you follow along in this DAILY Manifestors Guide to Self-Recreation.  If you prefer to keep track of your progress and your work electronically, using a phone or computer is also useful, but WRITING THINGS DOWN affords us extra thinking and processing time as we write, and is the preferred method by most highly successful individuals.  What we TRACK AND WRITE DOWN is how we observe the continual improvements and progression.  Make a space within this book for a wish list for books, products, podcasts, sources of inspiration, and ANYTHING possible that will empower you to upgrade your OWN self-image.

WHAT ARE THE THREE BIGGEST REASONS I WISH TO PURSUE A LIFESTYLE OF PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT AND OPTIMIZATION?

IF EVERYTHING WERE GOING PERFECTLY FOR ME, WHAT EXACTLY WOULD THAT LOOK LIKE?  WHAT WOULD NEED TO HAPPEN FOR ME IN ORDER FOR ME TO BE LIVING THE LIFE OF MY DREAMS?  WHAT EXACTLY DOES MY DREAM LIFE LOOK LIKE?  IF I WERE TO CLOSE MY EYES RIGHT NOW, AND ENVISION ALREADY HAVING EVERYTHING I WANT IN LIFE, WHAT WOULD IT LOOK LIKE, AND MORE IMPORTANTLY, HOW EXACTLY WOULD I FEEL?  Having a detailed vision of SELF that we continuously revisit DAILY and have a strong desire to expand into enhances the likelihood of it becoming a reality.

HOW DO I CURRENTLY SEE MYSELF?  HOW DO I CURRENTLY SELF-IDENTIFY?  WHAT WORDS BEST DESCRIBE HOW I HONESTLY FEEL ABOUT MYSELF? 

HOW DO I THINK OTHERS SEE ME?  WHICH WORDS WOULD BEST DESCRIBE HOW I BELIEVE OTHERS SEE ME?

WHAT ARE ALL OF THE MOST EMPOWERING WORDS, THOUGHTS, AND BELIEFS THAT I WANT TO DESCRIBE ME?  Make a LIST, and begin each sentence with, I AM.  For example, the list may have sentences like, I AM HEALING.  I AM SOMEONE WHO ALWAYS DOES THE BEST I CAN.  This list of words will become a list that you review often, preferably DAILY, as repetition reprograms the subconscious mind.  This is a list you will want to keep handy, and leave PLENTY of room for additions, so it can be added to and improved ANY TIME you want.

Beginning the daily tasks in this planner will seem slow, at first.  This is intentionally, to be certain that a CONSISTENT commitment and CONSISTENT personal effort will become a habit.  Slow, methodical, intentional practices, completed over time, quickly and easily become empowering habits that result in a life WELL-LIVED.  When we stack small things CONSISTENTLY, we build MASSIVE results.

Be as detailed as you can in your responses.  Re-visit the answers to the questions above as often as you need or want to, in order to remind yourself of WHERE YOU WANT TO GET TO.  Discipline and self-control are HABITS, and within the next year, through doing the DAILY work this planner introduces, discipline and self-control will become as natural and easy as breathing and eating.

One of the most empowering tools I have used over the years in my YouTube Red account.  I started out with an individual account for around $12/month, then later upgraded to a Family Account and gave a membership to my wife and a few of our children.  They all LOVE it.  I listen to content DAILY at work, while driving, around the house, and on walks, hikes, and while at the gym.  YouTube has the audio version of MANY of the books suggested within this workbook, and the podcasts and information contained within the world of YouTube consists of wisdom and experience from THOUSANDS of successful people who turned into content-providers to contribute to the greater good of the collective whole.  It is no longer necessary to buy tons of books or materials or go to weekly seminars or classes.  All of these things can now be purchases with the inexpensive and HIGHLY valuable membership on YouTube Red.  YouTube is FREE if you don’t want to purchase anything at all, but it works well for me because I can download the content onto my mobile device while using Wi-Fi and don’t have to use minutes while streaming.

I highly recommend trying it out!  Of course, researching through tools like Google, the library, and the Internet are also tools I use and recommend, but when it comes to listening to content like books and podcasts, YouTube has been INCREDIBLY beneficial and useful to me.

Congratulations on completing the first 30 days of the workbook!  It isn’t easy, at first, but as momentum is gained, it gets progressively easier and more fun.

SELF IMAGE is the most important tool we each have, as individuals.  As we seek out the ways to up-level our self-image, every other area of our lives upgrade, right along with our self-image.  Wayne Dyer taught, “When we change the way we see things, the things we see CHANGE.”  This is ESPECIALLY true with US.  As we see ourselves differently, everything we see will be different, in accordance with our upgraded perspectives, perceptions, and beliefs.  Life can’t help but get more beautiful AS WE DO.  All of the good things in life can’t help but be attracted to us, as WE become progressively more attractive.

THE PHYSICAL KEYSTONE

The physical keystone is all about the BODY, and anything and everything that is part of its physical structure and makeup, including EVERYTHING from the atoms contained within each individual cell, to each individual organ and body part, to the entirety of the body as a whole.

As I write this, I am laying on my bed with an ice pack underneath my neck for support, in an effort to diminish the extreme amount of pain I have been experiencing for the past two weeks. I have been diagnosed with degenerative disc disease and severe arthritis. I experience flair-ups caused by inflammation or energetic blocks within the chakra points throughout my body, in accordance with the emotions I am repressing or not allowing to flow through me. As I keep these emotions locked inside by not letting go of the energies within my thoughts and emotions constantly produced by them, the emotions become encased and housed within different chakra points throughout my body and manifest in the physical realm as physical pain within my body.

According to my current understanding, which WILL upgrade as I continue to study, read about, and upgrade my knowledge about these topics, each chakra point within our bodies is directly affected by different topics we think about, and as we learn to energetically let go of what is “gunking up” or blocking up the chakra and not allowing the energy to flow freely through the chakra system, from the bottom to the top and out of the 7th chakra up at the top of our heads, we are less effective at producing the energy NECESSARY to fill up and replenish the battery packs that will later provide the energy for our lighthouse at the top of our pyramid, resulting in a potentially dangerous situation for AL THAT IS, which is ALWAYS dancing off in the distant waters and ALWAYS approaching our lighthouse.

Dr. John Sarno, M.D. dedicated YEARS of his life researching and sharing information on EXACTLY how to open ourselves up to a constant, steady, healthy flow that resulted in IMMEDIATE HEALING for MANY people who were diagnosed with EVERY physical ailment and disease. He put on numerous workshops (which continue on through his students still, today, regardless of the dropping of his OWN physical, human body and his passing from this physical realm to the next on June 22 of 2017,) and shared his research on these topics in MANY books and on YouTube, through many recordings.

His teaching reveal that what we think and how we perceive of EVERYTHING is a CHOIC, and is daily upgraded through our belief system, and that what we think dictates our emotional responses, and these emotional responses then determine the physical outcomes within our physical bodies, constantly altering our physical interactions we are capable of while IN these bodies. He lays the responsibility of EVERY CREATION 100% and ENTIRELY upon OUR shoulders, which brings me back to MY physical shoulder and neck pain.

For MONTHS, previous to the EXTREME physical pain I began to experience in my neck and shoulders, my wife and I have been listening to hundreds upon hundreds of hours of podcast, audiobooks, and content of our own choosing, which aligned with exactly what we chose to think about, focus upon, and generate more energy about, thereby FEEDING that focus, or energizing our battery banks within the lighthouse we, as individuals have constructed, to later be emitted and transmitted out to ALL THAT IS. Everything we have been thinking and emotionalizing, we have been energetically transmitting to everyone around us each and every night (or each and every waking moment,) sharing with others through what we talk and write about, and DIRECTLY EFFECTING our every action and interaction with Self, others, and ALL THAT IS, within the physical world.

We are both INCREDIBLY blessed to be able to listen to HOURS of content while working, but once we listen to ANYTHING, our minds are swayed in the direction of where that content leads to, and MOMENTUM IS GAINED. Just like the logarithms have been designed and coded within social media platforms to feed us MORE content similar to that which we are interested in, SO IT IS WITH THE HUMAN MIND. The RAS (Reticular Activating System) is a physical component installed in our Brain that sits behind the amygdala. It’s job is to ONLY see and pay attention to that which is similar to what we are currently thinking about. Out of the 40 BILLION bits of information available to us EACH SECOND, it only allows in and confirms that which we tell it to by WHAT WE CHOOSE TO THINK ABOUT.

We researched and were exposed to some REALLY DARK CONTENT. It’s entirely possible that ALL of it is true, or BONE of it is true. Maybe only SOME of it is true, and much of it is intentional MIS-information. This is where THE SPIRITUAL KEYSTONE comes in handy, and we get to practice SILENCE, and LISTENING TO OUR INTUITION. WE get to decide what is truth for US, and allow our RAS to get to work, while we do our best to remain OPEN, not allowing our natural tendencies towards CONFIRMATION BIAS to take over…

As a result of mentally and emotionally internalizing this darkness, which took MONTHS to compile and accumulate, along with a workplace that MANDATED and REQUIRED us to choose to receive the Covid Vaccine in order to retain employment, rather than seeking employment elsewhere, something interesting happened:

The slight pain in my neck began to expand EXPONENTIALLY just a few days after our first shot. The first two days after the shot, we had fevers and laid in bed, trying to recover. Thankfully, my wife recovered fully within the first week.

I, however, did not.

It is almost as if the vaccine sought out my most vulnerable spots within my body, just like STRESS does, and ATTACKED IT-simply doing it’s job in order to draw attention to my weaknesses in order that I noticed the indicators and sought either medication to distract me from the pain and dull ALL KEYSTONES, or to seek natural remedies in order to BECOME STRONGER.

*As a side note, medications were created to MASK symptoms within our physical bodies, dulling the ability to receive information. These medications dull ALL FOUR KEYSTONES’ abilities to receive information.

PAIN IS A BLESSING. We may not WANT this “blessing,” but WE ALL NEED THIS BLESSING. Pain is an indication that something has gone awry, and needs IMMEDIATE attention for the pain to be unblocked within the energetic chakras and the physical area of the body. If we don’t pay attention, THE FOUR KEYSTONES WILL SUFFER UNTIL WE DO PAY ATTENTION.

Physically, I have been rendered almost USELESS and DISABLED. Fortunately, I have been exploring and experimenting with as many upgrading tools as possible, within ALL FOUR KEYSTONE AREAS, and while I suffer physically at my own hand, self-perpetuating the suffering, the OTHER keystone areas still thrive, and I have tools set in place to use to RE-ALIGN, RE-CALIBRATE, and KEEP GOING.
