Slow is smooth, and smooth is FAST. Sometimes, doing things slowly, methodically, and repeatedly, will get things done faster and with a higher level of integrity and quality, than when we are stressed out, in a hurry, and rushing. Go slow.

Reminder to self: Practice at what you want to get good at NOT JUST UNTIL YOU GET IT RIGHT, but until you CAN’T get it WRONG. Train so hard, so much, and with so much focus and intensity, that you never again have to “Rise” to ANY occasion. Become so good at what you do that all you have to do is to be you and rely upon your training and practice to easily and naturally succeed.
