Take a good look at yourself. What has that inner voice you have been telling you? What do you think about yourself? When you make a list of things you believe about yourself, what does that list say? Try it quickly. FIve things.
I am:
What are the five things you listed? What do they say about you? Do those things help build you up and empower you, or do they tear you down, and disempower you from creating a more beautiful life?
This is my evening visualization practice I recorded to reprogram my subconscious as I drift off to sleep each night. It ends with the I AM EXERCISE:
We decide what and who we are. We decide with each thought, word, and action, what and who we will be MORE of. We have the power to re-create ourselves. Each day is another chance and another opportunity to re-create, EVEN BETTER, with ALL we have learned and experienced, previously. To forfeit that chance and opportunity, and to give away our power to another to continuously re-create us or tell us who we are or who we will become is something we may have been doing for too long.
Let today be the day we give up who and what we have been for who and what we can become.
Reminder to self: BE PROUD OF WHO YOU ARE. Be proud of how far you have come. Be proud of where you are going, and who you are inspiring and empowering along the way. Remember: YOUR BEST IS GOOD ENOUGH.
Make a list and put down only the good, positive, strong, important things that will build you up and make you stronger, wiser, and better every day by empowering you to be more of who you TRULY are. Start the list with, “I am.” Revise and update the list as needed, and as often as you feel it will be helpful. READ THIS LIST DAILY. Repetition reprograms the subconscious. Repetition results in mastery.
ALWAYS BE UPGRADING.
Today, I will make a list of who and what I am and want to be, to be read DAILY, as part of a new habit within my routine. I will be proud of who and what I have become and I will live each day, from now until my last day on earth, in a way that will make me proud of myself.
THE QUEEN of re-framing or re-creation of personal stories is Marisa Peer. Her work, and what she teaches, has been among the most empowering that I have come across. She has MANY suggestions on how to shift the personal perspective QUICKLY and EFFICIENTLY. Plug her name into the YouTube search engine, and listen to the MANY success stories she shares of those she has personally worked with. It is inspiring and useful to hear these hope-filled messages.
Peter Crone is ALSO someone I love to learn from:
Mark Dawes created a short video about the Reticular Activating System, which empowers us to create more of what we want through focus.
Bruce Lipton explains how repetition reprogramming the subconscious.
Goodinthehead is also on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Twitter. The goodinthehead Podcast can be found on YouTube. Follow me there, as well, for daily messages, inspiration, motivation, and reminders. Please pay it forward, and share this, and ANY message, which may empower someone you love or may care about. It is through adding value to others by sharing and spreading wisdom, that we become more valuable as individuals, and collectively, as a whole, we all become wiser.
Remember: Mindset matters. Character counts. That which we choose to consistently focus on is what EXPANDS in our lives. WE CREATE our personal realities.
