April 28: Programming

Computer programmers write code and input information in order to create a program that will be helpful or entertaining in some way.  The more helpful or entertaining the program is, the more it is worth.  Once the program is written onto a cd and sold, it cannot be changed.  It runs the same, repetitive, automatic way.

This is also how the human mind works.  It has been researched and proven that most people are running automatically on a program that was written during the first 6 to 7 years of life.  These first years are the ONLY years our young minds are constantly in THETA mode, where we are literally downloading EVERYTHING.  We are WIDE  OPEN.  The personal philosophies, beliefs, and mindset we now have, is an older, automatic program that we inherited.  We live the same life and make the same decisions, resulting in the same or similar outcomes and responses as those who programmed us.  Change is usually quite difficult, as we run 95% of our lives based on our subconscious programming.

I found out it is possible to upgrade the program.  This method of upgrading the program is called change, which can only come about by an upgrade in the subconscious programming through repetition of new personal philosophies, beliefs, mindset, perspectives, practices, and habits.  A simple, consistent, repetitive shift in perspective can, and will, change it all.

Our mind is the one thing each of us has the opportunity to program and RE-program.  WE are the programmers. WE are the creators of our lives.  WE input the information into our subconscious mind through repetition, then live the life with our bodies that correlates with the programming that was input.

Just like with a valuable, useful computer program, the quality of our own personal programming directly correlates with the personal value, success, and happiness in our lives.  Our own, chosen, decided, repetitious programming we input into our brains every day will determine how helpful, entertaining, or valuable we become.  It is up to us to learn how to become good programmers.

The better we know, and the better we believe, and the better we DO.

Today I will watch what I program my mind with, and anticipate the results of my programming.  If I need to change, upgrade, or optimize, I will.

Bruce Lipton explains multiple ways that we can use to reprogram the subconscious mind.  His teachings and his work are definitely worth researching, learning, and implementing.

Remember:  Mindset matters.  Character counts.  That which we choose to consistently focus on is what EXPANDS in our lives.  WE CREATE our personal realities.
