October 18: Replacing The Old With The New

Replacing the old with the new is the key to recovery from addictions.  It is also the key to altering and improving our lives and making them exactly the way we want them.
Looking back, how long has it taken you to become who and what you are today?  So, looking forward, how long will it take you to become exactly who and what you want to become in 10 years?  These things don’t happen over-night.

WHATEVER thoughts we give our time, focus, energy, and attention to will ALWAYS manifest in the physical realm.  What do you want to experience MORE of?  Pour ALL of your thinking energy and focus into it, and it will eventually be projected into reality.

Replace old thoughts with new thoughts.  Replace old ways of speaking with new ways of speaking.  Replace the old way of doing things with new ways of doing things.

Only you know what to think, say, and do, to become the exact person you want to become, the highest possible version of self.

Our outer environment has no choice but to conform to the internal environment we create and consistently cultivate.  The power, energy, and level of vibration we output, transmit, project, and emit from inside of us attracts the outer environment to match it, over time.  It doesn’t happen overnight, but it does happen.

Today I will create a clear vision of exactly who and what I want to be ten years from now.  I will break that down into daily tasks that will get me closer to making that vision a reality, each and every day.  I will pay attentively to what I am focusing on and remember that I BECOME WHAT I THINK ABOUT.

Remember:  Mindset matters.  Character counts.  That which we choose to consistently focus on is what EXPANDS in our lives.  WE CREATE our personal realities.
