September 19: Complaining

“When you complain, nobody wants to help you.” -Stephen Hawking

Instead of focusing on the negative and the lack we recognize in our lives, it is incredibly helpful and empowering when we choose to focus on all of the things that are going right.  When we choose to be a part of the solution, instead of part of the problem, miracles begin to happen.  It is important that we focus on and think about all that we have in our lives to be grateful for.  When we do this on a regular, consistent, constant basis, all the lack, the negative, and the things we don’t like or enjoy, either fall into place, or fall out of our lives completely.

We can find the strength, tools, wisdom, and knowledge, and then practice building the character and creating the new habits, to focus on EXACTLY what we DO want, and what is truly important to us in our lives.  We become what we think about.  We attract more and more of what we think about into our lives.

Uplift others with your positivity and habitual focus, and you will add value to their lives.  People will want you around.  Good people, of high quality and intention, will choose to be around you more and more.  Life will be more meaningful and fulfilling when this happens.

BE THE SOLUTION, not the problem.

Today I will focus on the positive and the things I have to be grateful for in my life.  I will add the practice of gratitude and making a mental list of all I have to be grateful for into my own daily routine, first thing, each day.  I will practice gratitude and appreciation, each and every time I find myself complaining throughout the day.

Remember:  Mindset matters.  Character counts.  That which we choose to consistently focus on is what EXPANDS in our lives.  WE CREATE our realities.
