We all know what a chain reaction is. It’s like the Butterfly Effect, or a ripple effect. The small, seemingly meaningless action we take today, however mynute, has the possibility of an incredibly large effect at a time not too long from now. A chain reaction is almost like a domino effect, where we tip the first domino and it starts to hit another and another, and soon myriads of different break-off groups of dominoes are falling from the tipping of just one.
ONE, SMALL, SEEMINGLY MEANINGLESS DECISION CAN FOREVER ALTER THE ENTIRE TRAJECTORY OF A LIFE, AFFECTING EVERY LIFE IT IS INEXTRICABLY TIED TO AND ALL OF THOSE TRAJECTORIES, AS WELL. EVERYTHING AFFECTS EVERYTHING.
Chain reactions can be difficult to believe in. It is difficult to think that one small action, or the absence of one small action, can change the course of our life forever, but it is true. It takes faith to believe in something that we may not be able to immediately measure or see the results of. Imagination has to come in to play, along with a lot of faith, which then results in unwavering, repetitive, consistent action, in order for the chain reaction to be the most effective that it can be.
Something useful I discovered was the power, momentum, and energy that is generated from the daily, consistent practice of a simple morning routine. A strategically planned morning routine, consistently executed, catapults its practitioners into exponential growth and expansion, causing amplified chain reactions within ALL lives.
When Albert Einstein described COMPOUNDING INTEREST as the eighth wonder of the world, he wasn’t just describing financial gain…
What chain reactions will you cause with your choices today? What will you do, or not do, that may affect your life, and the lives around you, in a powerful and positive way? What will you do that will bring you closer to accomplishing your goals and progressing towards your personal purpose that you have decided on?
Reminder to self: Take action. Do what you know you need to so that you can have everything you want and deserve. Try not to get caught up in the distractions of the day and the drama of life, and become a part of something that draws you away from the target you want to be aiming at.
FOCUS. RE-FOCUS. BEGIN AGAIN. KEEP GOING. KEEP DOING WHAT YOU ARE DOING. YOUR BEST IS YET YO COME.
Today I will take the time to think about how my actions or inaction are contributing to the chain reactions I want to create in my own life, while remembering that EVERYTHING AFFECTS EVERYTHING, and ALL I choose to do will affect and interact with all other things.
